The manager on shift was very respectful the moment I entered, and that wasn’t even to me, I heard her talking to customers before it was my place in line, solved problems like nothing! I had Amie as my server tonight, the service was fast, respectful, and I got the answers I needed for my meal to be great tonight. Texas Roadhouse in general very rarely disappoints, if they do they make it up 5/5 stars 100%.
EDIT: Linda when I was close to leaving I was giving a very valuable coupon, and it could be potentially way cooler then I thought! It’s in the last picture in this review.

We just got home from an early New Year’s Eve lunch. We had an absolute wonderful experience with awesome food and Service! Brennan was our server, and was outstanding!! The service manager came over to greet us because it was our first time there. She offered us a free appetizer for next time. I would highly recommend the Brighton Texas roadhouse! We will definitely be back.

We went here at noon on a Sunday. We got right in. There was plenty of available seating. We started with the blooming onion. It was very good. I’ve had them at other places and they were greasy. Of course the rolls with cinnamon butter are always amazing and fresh. I ordered the combo with the sirloin and ribs. I don’t eat steak very often, and it was so tender and flavorful. The ribs I make are more juicy and tender but theirs were good. My husband got the catfish dinner and he really enjoyed it. He normally only eats homemade catfish but he doesn’t really like steak so he ordered the fish and was glad he did. Our friends ordered the filet and the roadkill. We all enjoyed our meals. And the sangria margaritas topped it off. Unfortunately, there was no room left for dessert.

We have been to quite a few mostly the Ann Arbor location and this one out did them all! We went on Valentine’s Day with our 3 young kids. They were super busy (2 hr wait) once we finally got a table everything came out super fast food was cooked perfectly, and service was amazing! No complaints!

Just had another great meal at Texas Roadhouse! It’s honestly the only place in Michigan where I can find a chicken-fried steak that compares to what we had in Texas—period. Brennan was an outstanding server: super friendly, fast, and attentive. Great food and great service every time!

I love me some Texas Not gonna lie, as much as I love steak, I always get the smothered chicken. They’ll ask you if you want cheese OR gravy… get both on it and thank me later. Also, I always get the caeser salad w/ a loaded baked or loaded sweet potato as my 2 sides. It’s my favorite caeser salad anywhere. And the free rolls are just too good. 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a Texas Roadhouse in the heart of Michigan. Being a Texas native, I’ve always associated this popular chain with the Lone Star State. However, this particular location did not disappoint.
The restaurant’s ambiance and menu were true to form, offering the same delicious steaks, hearty sides, and lively atmosphere I’ve come to expect from a Texas Roadhouse. The rolls, as always, were exceptional. While I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer one of my favorite Texas Roadhouse appetizers, the strawberry margarita more than made up for it. It was incredibly refreshing and flavorful.
If you’re craving a taste of Texas while in Michigan, I highly recommend checking out this Texas Roadhouse.

Chili was good after I asked them to microwave it for me. My two sons said their food was good and was warm. Service, however, lacked, or should I say enthusiasm lacked. We experienced rather robotic interactions with our waitress and it felt like she was reading from a teleprompter when addressing us. Not categorically rude per se, but definitely not personable in any way. Said her spiel and turned to leave without hesitation, as if she didn’t want to stick around to hear anything other than “here’s your 30% tip”. Not acceptable. If you’re going to serve, at least be friendly and make your guests feel as if you care (even if you don’t). I still gave her 15% for some stupid reason, but never again. Dining out is more than just eating food, it’s about the entire experience, wait staff interactions included. I gladly tip wait staff 25-30% when I go out to show my appreciation for their efforts. But if there’s little to no effort, I guess there will be little to no tip!

Went to Texas Roadhouse, October 18 for an early supper. We were seated and our waitress, Liv (Olivia) came to the table. Her smile and personality were fantastic and throughout the meal she was there whenever we needed her. The food was fresh and of proper temperature. Our steaks were cooked properly and seasoned well. There have been a couple times where they hadn’t been seasoned enough to enhance the flavor, but these were very tasty. Was pleased with the food and very pleased with our server. This was a very pleasant experience, thank you.

Excellent salad, great steak. I usually avoid chain restaurants, but this was delightful. I will definitely return. Service was outstanding. Oliva was very attentive and committed to making sure we were happy. The Manager seemed to care about our meal, and our visit. This was a really exceptional meal, especially for the price. Thank you!!
