Ordered a meatball marinara sandwich and received a roll with 3 meatballs and no marinara sauce and a very thin slice of cheese. The pic on the left is the sandwich I received, the picture on the right is how you advertise. Quite a difference. Very sad sandwich. Please train your employees how to make a decent sandwich and if they are not sure have them look at you advertise picture.

I’ve ordered a turkey sandwich twice from this place, and every single time, my turkey sandwich has a slight tuna/fishy taste . It’s not satisfying at all. They must not be washing/rinsing the food containers properly. Cross contamination? I don’t think I’ll be ordering for this place again

I always come to this subway their service and food is on point but the only thing that doesn’t sit right with me is the manager I think his name is Keith yelling and treating his teenager employees poorly. I went in there today and a girl served me she made everything right made my sandwich right and I just feel so bad for her because he was being so rude to her. They just need to treat people better because their working for him.

This location needs to be taken away from these owners. Came back for the first time after 3 years, and if you only get 3 veggies, and ask for extra of 1, you are charged, tiniest portions, basically a standard meat portion at this location, is a half portion at other locations. And considering the prices have doubled in the last 10 years, why are they so stingy ?

UPDATE- ordered online today. 2 sandwiches. Took the girl almost 40 minutes to make them. Im done with this location. You all don’t give a crap about what you do, on top of that, you never honor the promos. Your store officially sucks.
PREVIOUS Review – the girl making the sandwiches today made them extremely messy, tons of lettuce, sandwiches fell apart when my kids unwrapped them.. Ice Machine was broken (apparently has been so for a day without any notice to people buying fountain drinks), seemed like a lot of stress going on there.. I only come here to get my kids sandwiches, but I think I’ll just talk them into going to subsational from now on.
