I love this location! I go to dine in at this location approximately every week and a half or so. The food is always a 10/10. Service can vary depending on the day, but is never anything to complain about. Overall the quality of the food is consistent and that keeps us coming back for our usual order! I hate leaving poor reviews and you can see by my previous reviews it is not common for me. I would be lying to pretend this was in any way positive. The service is (I’m still here) terrible! After waiting 40+ minutes (routine for a large party) we were told we not allowed to have 1 check or the same server? I have never heard of this and certainly not heard of 1 party with 3 different servers???
As expected with such an asinine policy, our outing was ruined! The manager Alexis claimed corporate policy was responsible for the problems. Who’s fault is it for them not having several menu items we desired, to include fruit, mayonnaise, and several appetizers, or warm rolls?
Some of our party’s food was delivered up to 10 minutes apart. I have never witnessed such disregard for the customer experience. I never experience this at any other locations. Is it due to the mostly minority customer base at this location?
Don’t worry Texas Outhouse…we will not return!
Show some pride for what you do people. This ruined our otherwise wonderful Sunday.

Seated fast. Toni was great! Team work on food delivery was great also. Ribs fell off the Bones bit were kinda dry and I needed more bbq sauce. All in all it was really good.

Went here for dinner after leaving golden corral after a disgusting event of a chunk of hair in the first plate of food my husband had. We were unsure about going out somewhere else as the experience was terrible at golden corral but since we hadn’t eaten we decided to give it a try. Man are we glad we did. The portions were absolutely huge and tasted sooo good. My husbands ribeye was cooked to perfection and the rest of the food was amazing. Our server Niya was absolutely great too. We aways had drinks and food in front of us and used dishes taken away. She was super sweet and pleasant! One of the most enjoyable meals we have had in awhile for both service and food. Thanks Niya and Texas Roadhouse for turning our awful night around and making it such a pleasant experience!

Lunch on a Friday was a good choice. Enjoyed a 1/2 pound bacon burger with loaded steak fries and of course the house rolls and cinnamon honey butter all for $15 plus tip which in today’s world is a great deal.
Burger was cooked to order and the steak fries were crispy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside, made to order.
Anthony the bartender was attentive and got me everything I asked for(sour cream)…

Anita and her team go above and beyond!! Had a HUGE catering order and her team came in early to accommodate me. The food was delicious, wonderfully prepared, and hot! Every single team member that I came in contact with through this entire process was very kind, professional, and you could tell enjoyed there job. ***UPDATED*** 7 months ago when I originally made this post, I received the best customer service and the food was great. BUT as of today, I can honestly say I’m very disappointed. Customer service definitely fell off our waitress was MIA, I had to ask the host to check to see if our food was ready. Food was horrible and you could tell that they didn’t care about making sure it was cooked correctly. The only thing that was good was the blue crush lemonade and I could go anywhere for that. But sad to say I definitely won’t be back, it was not a good experience.

I was a little hesitant based on previous reviews regarding service. However we arrived at lunchtime and got right in. The hostess was a little soft spoken, but not rude or anything. The server Adriana was very attentive and friendly. The manager stopped to check on us, also. Food was incredible! I don’t have anything negative to say! Great experience all around!

While visiting a friend recently we ordered from this location since it was close to her home. Highly disappointed in the quality of food, but I contracted their store and they offered a gift card for replacement. Doing some Christmas shopping so I decided to place my replacement order here and it wouldn’t accept the card online so I called to order over the phone & they didn’t accept orders I spoke to the manager and asked if she could make an exception under the circumstances and she stated no to come in and place it in person and depending on my order the wait time would be 25-30 minutes. Immediately hung up and called my fishers location that I always frequent as it’s next to my home and my order was taking over the phone with no issues as they accept phone order which makes sense because not everyone has access to a mobile device to place an online order of the luxury of waiting on an order in house do to transportation barriers. Definitely something the store/regional manager should reconsider!!!

The food was excellent, however, the host that sat us walked way ahead of us (we have small children) and then didn’t follow through with getting us a high chair. The server was fairly attentive and kind. We were unfortunately sat next to a very large group that was quite rambunctious but, overall, it was a good experience.
