Everytime we order takeout from here the food is severely messed up, 2 weeks ago we got takeout and they messed up the size of my steak, the cook, the sides, and the extras we ask for, fast forward we get a gift card to texas Roadhouse, we use it and I just order simple to avoid any confusion like we’ve experienced before, I ordered cheese fries with chili and somehow ended up with green beans all in the fries, no rolls even tho we paid an extra 6$ for an order, no a1 sauce for the steak my partner ordered, no silverware, literally every time we’ve ordered take out from here it’s monumentally messed up
Edit: we called last time the food was messed up and the manager says we’ll send you a thing in your email to refund your meal, never received an email, tried to call today so we could just have the order remade, on hold for 15 minutes no answer, there was also something randomly hard/crunchy in the fries as well that literally felt like a rock, we usually go to the shadeland one and have never had an experience like this at the other location, just recently moved to this side of town

Great food and drinks with great service and everything I ever tried was good but my favorite dish is the 8oz sirloin steak, mashed potatoes with brown gravy and sweet corn.

Food great, service was excellent. Waitress was definitely on top of her game. No empty glasses, bread basket always full, was not at all pushy about extras. Did not catch her name, sh was a little blonde with glasses. I was impressed the manager was walking around greeting people. First time I’ve sent that.

My family and I order around 5:40, and waited over an hour and a half for our takeout. once we received the order it was lukewarm, mind you we check in with the number before it was ready and it said it wasn’t ready yet. after stopping to eat our food i realized we weren’t given any napkins, or silverware. no rolls, no butter, and no dressings for our appetizers. there was also a ticket in my food box. i work in a restaurant, more specifically as a takeaway specialist, and this is one of the worst orders i’ve received.

This place has really gone done hill! Food has been mediocre at best. We understand the wait, we are very respectful to the staff,only ask for our food to be hot & fresh,and cooked correctly! I always get the barbecue chicken breast. Last few times, its been cold,and dry! Tasted like a frozen chicken chunk pooped in the microwave and they didn’t even attempt to drown the grossness in sauce. Salad was warm and wilted and potato was small with very little toppings( paid extra for loaded). Child loves medium rare steak but brought it out rare( still blue) waittress argued that we obviously didn’t know what ordering medium rare meant smh

Excellent service, enormous portions, fantastic flavor at a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. The food was very well prepared, the service was fast, efficient and friendly and we were amazed at the value. The chicken fried chicken is tender and tasty. My husband raved about his ribeye steak. This place reminds us of home. We will definitely be back.
Update: Visited again on 5/3/23 for a birthday dinner and had the Grilled Chicken Salad. My husband had the Sirloin and Shrimp. The service was decent, but not as awesome as our first visit. We only saw our waiter three times. We used the kiosk to pay our check. The food was good, but not as amazing as that first visit. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but the restaurant was busier than it was for our last visit. Overall, this is still a good place for a reasonably priced delicious meal, if you aren’t in a hurry.

Took a chance and brought my family in for a birthday dinner. Waited forever, well after we checked in, to get a seat. Then we were seated at 630 and waited until 730 to get food and we never got it. With kids, we couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. I told a manager before we left and he was completely unbothered. Wow. Awful place.
