Very disappointed in the food. We were passing through to go to a cheer competition in Columbus and got 3 of the steak medallion dinners… the steak was supposed to be medium for 2 and medium well for 1 but all 3 were well done and burnt. We got to our hotel so ready to eat as we generally love Texas roadhouse only to find these terribly tough burnt uneateable steaks. Never had this experience dining in so it really sucks to think we got served anything just bc it was to-go. It was too far to go back so we really just wasted $75.00. The bread was really good though. And the to go hostess was really nice.

By far the best steakhouse lunch ever! The manager came by and checked on us. Our server Arielle was fantastic super friendly and funny! Definitely our favorite person! Roadhouse is fortunate to have her! You can tell she loves working with people the food was fantastic! The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The grilled chicken moist and flavorful the potatoes were perfectly flakey and what can we say about the rolls!!!!! Now I need a nap haha

Our dining experience tonight was quite exquisite. The evening started off slow(my date didn’t show up), but the server, Chris Gordon, made the night phenomenal. Chris was very funny, I understood all his jokes. When my date did arrive, he acknowledged her existence perfectly. Food was mid but I was trying something new tbh. Chris was always on top of our needs. 10/10 server.

Great food! It may be a chain restaurant, but they have never lowered their standards! Consistently provide great steak and appetizers. And I must say every server I have had here has been immensely kind and nice. If you want a chain restaurant in Findlay, you can’t go wrong with our Texas Roadhouse!

We were apprehensive about retuning here because our service last time was less than return worthy. But, we decided to come back for Father’s Day celebrations and were very happy we did because Wale changed our opinion of the service at this place completely. I don’t need to go into too much detail about the food. It was good! Typical Texas Roadhouse done well. One of our steaks was overcooked but Wale and Management had a new one out that was perfect in about 7 minutes.
What really made this visit shine was Wale’s attention to detail. There was never an empty glass or basket of rolls. He consistently made sure we had what we needed and was friendly to chat with but not too overbearing. I suspect he may be new because he seemed a bit nervous, but he made up for that with a great attitude and quick returns.
Go eat here. Ask for Wale. And don’t be afraid to order medium rare.

Oh my gosh, is all I can say. The food, service (Cassie), and atmosphere was perfect. Our food was running behind and Cassie was super amazing and came out to give us an update. She was very patient when we were ordering, as my 12 yr old was being very indecisive. She made some suggestions, which my daughter ended up choosing. She also introduced me to the in-booth high chair. It was PERFECT! My toddler has never been able to sit in a booth like that. I could tell she felt included.
Cassie had our glasses full, checked in on us several times to ensure we were doing ok, and made sure that our exit went as smooth as our entrance. She deserves more than a pat on the back and an atta girl, give this magnificent server a raise.
