Edit: the new managing partner Jonathon reached out to me and apologized for the recent experiences and was courteous and understanding without making excuses for what was happening and admitted I was far from the only person with troubles lately. With a plan to improve services and quality, I agreed to give things another try, and this time around it was a much more enjoyable experience. Not perfect, but considerably better than my last visits and makes me hopeful that this place will get up to par with the stronger standards being implemented. Thanks to Jonathon I will continue to go here on occasion.

The road house is the road house. The rolls and butter. The End. The food was great, I’d kinda avoided the place for a while after a subpar meal at our local one but we were at a horse show and the kid wanted it so….The service was top notch, and they seemed to have adequate staff. The food was great. It’s always loud, but that’s just part of the deal. I’d actually forgotten about how good their drink menu is, and that’s what sets this chain apart from others. Get the Jamaican Cowboy, it’s excellent.

Phenomenal dinner experience! Minimal wait time for seating, great atmosphere, fantastic food, and the service was impeccable. Prices are very reasonable. Easy access just off I-75 and ample parking available. Only reason I pulled a star was because it took quite a while for the food to arrive. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit excessive. Other than that, our family had a great time and will return the next time we visit Findlay!

Our server was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. This young man made sure that we were taken care of. Never went without a drink refill, rolls, or anything else that we needed. I made sure to make the manager aware of his super service. He earned every bit of his tip!

This place was far from busy.. not even at half capacity. Server was to busy cleaning and talking to other tables… Steak came before our salads did. Our steak got cold while we waited on salads to come. Steak got very dry and was very chewy by the time I got and ate salad. Won’t be back to this one.

1st time we all were really disappointed in a visit here. The salads were half the size with no croutons available. Even the dressing cups were 1/2 full. We had to ask for a basket of rolls. When our food came out, it wasn’t hot. The baked potato was barely Luke warm and the cheese for the loaded baked potato didn’t melt at all. It was all really salty too. Fresh fries were not crispy at all, greasy and limp.

Rylee was a fantastic waitress. We took our Mom here for her 82 birthday dinner and Rylee made her day. The food was good and we were all stuffed when we left. I don’t drink alcohol but my table mates said the drinks were good. I could tell in their moods that the drinks were good. I had the road kill and although it wasn’t cooked to my order, it was still good.

We had a new server (1st night by herself). I could tell she was doing her best on Friday night. I ordered the beef tips, medium well. They came out super small and burnt. I sent it back and just had her take the food off my bill. The manager came over to speak to me about it. I was NOT impressed.
