Food is always very consistent and the service is always great. I love the filet and shrimp with the garlic butter, we also split the pulled pork sandwich which was huge. Had enough for two meals for the two of us and I’m a big guy, obviously the salad and rolls fill you up before you even get your meal. Great job to the Roadhouse team! Keep it up

I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse a few times, and they’re usually pretty good. But this one in Lancaster, Ohio, was even better! The service and the place itself were like the others, but the cook here really knew what they were doing. My steak was seasoned perfectly, and the veggies and potato were awesome. Everything was the right temp and tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend.

This Texas Roadhouse was very busy but we did call ahead seating and got right in. The staff was very friendly. We got a table in the bar area and had an amazing waitress. Her name was Jessica. I would recommend requesting her for your waitress if you visit here. Our food from the rolls, to appetizer and meals everything was cooked really good. I would go to this location again. I’d recommend it.

This is the 2nd time we visit this restaurant, the first wasn’t the greatest, but we decided to visit again and see if the time just wasn’t right in the fall. I wish I would’ve paid attention to our waitresses name. All I have to say is she definitely knows what she’s doing and understands teens and their needs. My daughter thought she’d like her steak Med Rare we knew she wouldn’t but still let her order it her way. Our steaks were brought to the table and the waitress asked us to cut in and see if they were to our liking? Both husband and I stated ours are perfect, 20 YO also perfect.
Waitress comes back to check on us and Teen Queen couldnt take a single bite of that MR steak! teen queen asked if it can please be cooked more our witress didnt question anything she said “I’ll take care of it for you” daughter is a MW girl and her steak will never be a Med Rare lol…
We will definitely come back and hope we get the same waitress!

Our family had a great experience! Little bit of a wait time. We also used their online check-in ahead of time. The food tasted amazing! Staff was all pleasant and accommodating from the time we walked in until the time we had left. Our servers name was Gunner. Very knowledgeable and in-depth to everything that we had ordered. Very well mannered and great charisma! Our family will be going back soon!

Yesterday, the meal was good but the customer service was lacking as my waitress kept disappearing for extended times, forcing me to ask other servers for help. The table next to us even asked out loud if our server went home.
The last visit the meal was ok, as the baked potato was overcooked. The same server mentioned above was training and did an excellent job.
The rest of the food and employees are what you expect, friendly and good to eat.

Husband had the catfish. He said it was delicious. I had the 6oz Dallas Fillet. It was fork tender! Worth the trip to eat the best steak
