Kan Sushi Restaurant is truly one of the best hidden gems in Brickell. The $27 all-you-can-eat deal is an incredible value, especially considering the wide variety of options available, including fresh sushi, Korean BBQ, and many other delicious dishes.
The quality of the food is consistently impressive. The sushi is always fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor, with generous portions. The Korean BBQ is tasty and well-seasoned, and the rest of the menu offers plenty of great choices, so there’s something for everyone. You definitely get more than what you pay for here.

The all-you-can-eat lunch menu has a great variety, plenty of options for sushi lovers, and everything we tried was fresh and well prepared. The price-to-performance ratio is definitely very good. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Came on Christmas Day and had the best experience! The sushi was fresh and everything tasted great. There are so many options to choose from. Service was wonderful too. Manuela was very attentive and kind. She even had us try one of her favorites. Definitely recommend coming here! We will be back.

Kan Sushi is absolutely worth visiting! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The quality is top-notch.
A special shout-out to our server, Sergio Federico, who was amazing from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations that we really enjoyed.
One small note: the outdoor seating area doesn’t have fans, so it can get quite hot and humid. If you’re sensitive to the heat, you might prefer to sit inside — but the food makes it worth it either way!

We had an unforgettable Valentine’s dinner at Kansas Sushi in Miami, and it was absolutely off the chain. The ambiance is pure Miami. Trendy, vibrant, beautiful layout, and just a great energy the moment you walk in. Even on Valentine’s Day, without reservations, we were seated in about 40 minutes, which honestly wasn’t bad at all.
Our server, Nicholas, was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and never rushed us. I had read reviews mentioning language barriers, but that was not our experience at all. The staff absolutely speaks English, and communication was seamless. On one of the busiest nights of the year, the service was smooth, organized, and genuinely welcoming.
We went with the premium all you can eat option at $58, and it was worth every penny. My stepdaughter was half price, which was a nice bonus. The regular option is $38, but if you are going to do it, go premium. You will not regret it.
Let me talk about the sashimi. I have never had that much sashimi in my life, and I regret nothing. It came out fanned across the plate like edible artwork. Gorgeous presentation. The fish was incredibly fresh, buttery, clean, and melt in your mouth tender. That was the star of the night for me. I also had a fish carpaccio that was equally beautiful and delicate. Thin slices, lightly dressed, perfectly balanced. Just outstanding quality.
We also had some classic rolls like the Dragon Roll and California Roll. Both were solid and delicious. Familiar favorites done right. But honestly, the sashimi and specialty items really elevated the experience.
The appetizers were next level. The garlic butter edamame was heavenly. Rich, savory, perfectly coated, and completely addictive. We also had jalapeño bombs, which brought just the right amount of heat, and gyozas that were crisp on the outside and flavorful on the inside. Everything was executed well.
At one point they brought out the Long Rib. Yes, at a sushi place. It was tender, marinated beef short rib with a sesame soy glaze and scallions. It was excellent. Not the star for me, but absolutely delicious and a fun surprise in the middle of a sushi feast. They were even gracious enough to let me take a couple of pieces home, which most all you can eat places do not allow. That was classy. Do not abuse that kindness.
For drinks, I had the Miami Heat cocktail. It normally comes with tequila, but I asked for rum instead. No problem at all. They were accommodating and the drink was excellent. Smooth, balanced, and refreshing. My wife and stepdaughter stuck with soft drinks, and everything came out promptly.
We finished with mochi ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending. Light, creamy, and just enough to close out the night without feeling heavy.
Five out of five across the board. No complaints. Beautiful presentation, amazing quality, fantastic service, and a great vibe. We will absolutely be back.

The experience I had was amazing the food it’s unlimited, the server came around several times to see if we wanted to order more. So it’s buffet style but we get to have our food served directly to the table. There’s food runners so our food was served fresh and warm. I loved it here will be coming back.

He was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure our orders were expedited and arrived quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. My friends raved about the quality and taste of the sushi.
