The waitress “Yana” was amazing! She made sure everything was perfect with our meal and we never needed to ask for anything, like she was reading our minds. Best service I have ever had at a sit down restaurant. Th food was good and service was fast. We had our two appetizers within 5 minutes of her taking our order. To bad this Texas Roadhouse is 3:30 minutes from our home or we would visit more often.

Waitress Fatou and Paige were nice. However, I didn’t like how the two managers handled the two issues I had. I had a maggot in my drink that I took a sip out of before I noticed it. I let Paige know, and she got a manager (a white female). She asked if I wanted the drink remade; I said no, and she offered no apology nor sympathy for the fact that I sipped out of a drink with a maggot that looked still alive. I ordered a New York strip, and it wasn’t properly cooked. It was rare inside and not charred or seared. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and charred on both sides, but that didn’t happen. They remade my steak the exact same way, which was wrong. I asked for the manager (a black male), and I explained the issue I had with my alcoholic drink earlier and showed him the picture. He acted clueless, stating that the blackberry comes frozen, as if I’m mistaken or lying about what I actually saw. I told him about the bad steak, and my issues weren’t handled with empathy or professionalism. At that point I didn’t want any remakes just my check to go. No comp, no apologies, and all I was offered was a remake of the same drink. I ate my sides and took my undone steak and cooked it properly at home. Please do better; retrain management and staff on sanitation and how to handle complaints from guests.

I took myself out for a solo dinner and sat at the bar. I was acknowledged quickly and the food came out quickly. Don’t look for craft beers here tho. The food portions were so large that I got 3 meals out of it.

I will update this review as the night goes on but we originally had a 5:00 p.m. reservation then we’re told to wait till 7:00 as I’m writing this it is now 8:00 p.m. it’s still no sign of having a table but yet two parties and three parties are allowed to go and go and go and go this seems like a complete lack of planning and a complete lack of understanding how sunday night dinners work so I will update this it as we go. it just seems really messed up not to provide a table for a 10 top that you knew was going to be here 3 hours before they got there just saying maybe they’ll pick it up I don’t know we’ll see if not it stays. So now we’re going on 8:40 still haven’t been set yet and the place closes at 10:00 so I’m not quite sure why people are sending us messages saying there’s tables ready and then we’re not being set so we’ll continue to give them a one star.

My children and I went for lunch on a weekend. After waiting about 30 min for our appetizer and drinks, and about 45 minutes for our meals, (the kids chicken tenders were cold, their steak fries looked smashed up and cold, and my ny strip was tough after ordering medium rare) we got up to use the restroom and came back to our entire table cleaned off and the food we had just gotten in the trash. This was my first and last time coming here. Completely sub par dining experience. At least I didnt have to pay for the appetizer…

While the food was good. And steak was very good. Restaurant has an internal organizational issue. The waitress was kinda mad cause management was on them but the kitchen was the hold up. They were out of several key menu items. They were according to the waitress struggling to keep rolls cooked. And food was taking a very long time to come out. Wasn’t bad experience. But I as a customer shouldn’t know all that….

The food was good and the server was nice and friendly. The cocktail was very tasty.
However, the music was too loud where I was seated. I told the the server and I wanted to tell the Mgr. But they were so busy I guess he never came or turned down the good old country sounds.
I had my drink and just asked to my server to change my order to go.
I had a small headache and the music was just too much even after I put tissues in my ears.
Finally, after about 30 or 40 minutes after waiting on my food, another person came over to tell me they did turn the music down, but it didn’t seem like it. Finally my order came and I left.
I bought gifts cards a few weeks ago so I will give them another try.

I don’t like the one back home but thought it would be better. It was super crowded and chaotic. I’m sure fire code was violated with all the aisle chairs. The food was mediocre at best and that’s being generous. If it came loaded, it had burnt salty bacon. My salmon was salty. Our food came out lukewarm and our table was near the kitchen. The tea was basically water with peach flavor. The trainee server was very attentive. I forget their names. The bread and cactus blossom were the best part of the meal sadly. My broccoli was overcooked and too soft. I didn’t have the energy to deal last night. Yeah, I was quickly reminded why I don’t eat at the one back home by way of this experience. I had my mouth set on seasoned rice with my salmon, but they were out, of course. Yeah, we’ll have dinner elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

Food was delicious. Prime Rib was so flavorful and juicy. Sweet potato was yummy. Mixed vegetables were hot, crispy and very good. The rolls were amazing, as usual. Our Waitress was very good, and so attentive. Very clean restaurant. It was busy at 2 o’clock on a Saturday, because the food is so amazing. Did I mention the cold beer? YUMMY! Thank you!

Waiting an hour after being told 30 min. Got a text table is ready and then had ti wait another 20 min. Get to the table, sit there for 15 min while everyone passes by and says nothing. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite, but I guess it’s only good in Texas. And as far as the manager Rachel, she has NOT ONE CLUE what is going on. I know Texas roadhouses standards are better than this. But what do I expect from any restaurant in Memphis. Absolutely 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
