Didn’t receive the entire order, rolls were burnt on bottom and not fresh. They must have started using baby onions for the Cactus Blossom, no way they charge $8 for that.
Prime rib was too fatty for $30. A full quarter of it was fat. The fat cap is out of proportion for a quality cut of prime rib. The meat that was there was fine. Now the steak fries, they got thrown out. They were at best leftovers from lunch and died under heat or were freezer burned. The tasted stale and disgusting. No Au Jus, Jack Cheese was a puck in a to go cup. Onions and mushrooms were also in a cup. Why not send them on the prime rib? So the flavors blend together. Mushrooms, onions and cheese had to be reheated.
You can see in the photos the rolls we were given. I first laughed at the size of them, until my wife pointed out they were hard and stale. More lunch leftovers? Then we found out many were burnt.
No issues with the other two meals.
I tipped and got treated like a fast food customer. Burnt rolls? They wouldn’t have gone into the dining room, but someone said they were fine for to-go… I gave 2 stars on the food because the other entrees were fine.
Was my first and last experience here. We live in a county filled with beef cattle farms & processors and plenty of local Mom n Pop places preparing it at local prices, freshness and quality.

Me and my husband was there tonight ordered steak meals ask for them to be medium. Well mine came out medium rare they took it back to recook it and had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes on it and he was already down eating by the time I got it back and it was dry as could be talked to the manager (Tim) who said we can’t really do anything but take $5 off your bill after I had to wait for it to be recooked and my husband was already done eating and for it to be a dry steak. I thought it was pretty ridiculous on his part as a manager.

Went on a Sunday around 11am; right when they open. Parking lot was already filling quickly. Party of 3 sat immediately. Music was VERY loud. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. Side salads were a very generous portion. Had a coupon for a free appetizer. Party of 3 ate for under $75.

I have to say the staff and management today was on point! My food was beyond delicious! I was having a me day with a massage and a nice lunch. My server was fantastic he sat down spoke with me. Next thing I knew the manager came thru asking how everything was. I told her it was fantastic and I was enjoying a me day. She brought me a appetizer card and said the next one was on them. That is what keeps people coming back.

I’m speaking from my experience with online ordering. I will never make that mistake again. $10 for cheese fries and there is barely any in there. The tenders was cold cold and wasn’t even tenders. They were nuggets. I’ve ate at plenty of Texas Roadhouse and this is by far the worst one.

We were having a great time and enjoying our meal until the staff ruined our evening. Nothing ruins a person’s evening and complete opinion of a place more than staff members making fun of your husband. They literally were laughing at my husband because of his weight. Several members crowding together snickering and saying words about someone just trying to enjoy their meal. We tried asking for a manager and the manager refused to come. When we stood up for him they told us we needed to leave, while continuing to laugh. We were paying for our meal like everyone else. Completely unacceptable. This is not ok and those people should be fired. Never going there again.

I hate to have to leave a bad review, so let me preface this by saying our first 2 or 3 times were EXCELLENT!! Food was awesome as was service. We visited again on 12/28/25 and the brought a couple of friends who wanted to see if it was better than Johnson City location. We had been raving about the food, but were SO embarrassed by the quality of our food!! My girlfriend and I both had New York strip and I only eat the strip or filet so I’m very familiar with both and have never in my life been served a strip with gristle like these 2 servings had. I got the smaller cut and I’d say 1/3 of that steak was gristle. I KNOW these cuts are NOT on the “fatty” side but what there is is usually edible, THIS was NOT!!! Not only that our baked potatoes were semi hard and I couldn’t get EXTRA sour cream because the waiter told me they had run out, um maybe send someone to Walmart right across the road?? Our waiter was AWESOME, no complaints there at all. I’m thinking we had a cook that didn’t really care what kind of food he was putting out. My husband and I spent over $100 (cocktails included) and expected what we were used to getting, this meal wasn’t even close!! Do better Roadhouse, consistency is key!!!

The restaurant wasn’t busy at 4 pm when we got there. We got seated, ordered, and once I finally got my steak that I order well done, it was medium rare. It took over 10 mins just to find a server. The server offered to recook a cold already cut steak, or to recook it. I obviously asked them recook it. Then my server (a blonde girl) had her manager come over and ONCE again ask to recook my COLD & CUT steak, I refused again & she pop a bit of an attitude and I just nicely asked her to take it off my menu, because by the time it happened my family was mostly done eating, meaning by the time I got my food I would’ve been the only one eating. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve had more bad experiences with Texas Roadhouse itself than any other place. It’s a little more pricey but Long Horns is where you wanna spend your money, they can actually cook a steak. Do not eat here. As a local, I was highly disappointed

Went in while back with my friends a month or 2 after it opened, was super excited cause I love Texas Roadhouse. The whole time I felt like I was bothering the staff no matter what i said. Even as I was ordering the waitress had this look of “God I don’t wanna be here”. Waited a little over an hour for food and it was edible but not the Texas roadhouse quality I’m familiar with. Haven’t gone back since.
