Honestly surprised by my most recent trip to Texas Roadhouse. I haven’t been in a while and the food was really good. The rolls were great as always and the rest of the meal was delicious. I had an amazing steak with a side of chili that was very good. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this location in south Naples.

I ordered a dirty martini at the bar and I literally got half a drink in the glass. I let it go and when I got seated I ordered another one with dinner. Same pour! I asked the server about it and she even questioned the bartender about it when she picked it up. His answer was “that’s how we measure them”. I will not be going back. I would like to add that our server was terrific.

Phenomenal steak cooked perfectly. Baked potato was a little over salted but very good regardless. Not great vegetable options.

Came here for my little sisters 9th birthday our food was well steak was a little salty so we sent it back & received a better steak the reason why the rating is so low is because when we arrived we told the waiter it’s my sisters 9th birthday and we would appreciate if the staff would sing her happy birthday. Instead of that happening no one ever came to sing happy birthday leaving my sisters sad & disappointed at her birthday dinner.

Brought my sister here for dinner tonight. We arrived right before the big crowds, so there was only about a 5 minute wait. Service was OK, but we ordered ribs and they were hot, but her corn and my chili were not. The chili wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese. Otherwise ok.

It’s Texas Roadhouse. Requested a table in the bar, Grey was our server. Took her several minutes to greet us and take our drink orders, we asked for plain butter at this time as well. She brought our drinks but no butter, I asked her again (people forget) and she kind of snapped saying she put a request in for it. We placed our food order and waited for butter and drink refills. While waiting for our food (nearly 30 minutes) we got 1 drink refill and witnessed her fondness over a male employee and her cell phone. Eventually, food arrived prepared perfectly and we finished our meal. Our order wasn’t put on the pay kiosk so we again had to wait for her to finish her phone playing to take care of our tab. We came in right after opening at 3pm and left at nearly 420pm . Service was very slow, but the perfectly prepared food made up for it.

This is such a fun place to eat, especially if you are hungry. The stakes are very good and I have always had good luck with the strip loin. The one time I had the Ribeye I was disappointed. A good variety of sizes for the cuts depending on your appetite 8, 12 or 16oz. The hot roles and Honey Butter are hard to resist. I believe all meals come with 2 sides and you can add more if needed. The sides choices are fantastic, I always pick a salad and a regular baked potato but the have sweet potatoes as well.
