This place is a hidden gem just northeast of Brockport on Ridge Road. They have a decent selection of beers and interesting cocktails. Their food menu is really nice. It features burgers but also has wings, salads, sandwiches and some dimner entrees. Once a week they have surf and turf at a very reasonable price. Staff is always perky and helpful. Pictured is my order of cajun dusted smoked wings, which were excellent!

I went to the Galentines event with four of my friends around 6:05pm. We were excited to get together, get some jewelry, some drinks and food. Upon arrival we were greeted by the bar tender and put in our first drink order. We didn’t have anyone else come to the table until almost an hour later when someone reminded the owner that we were still waiting. She took out order with no apology for the wait. We again didn’t have any check in to our table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything in the mean time, although the owner was drinking and spending time with regulars. Our appetizers came an hour later! About 15 minutes later our food came. Three of us had the steak and vegetables, all three of our meals were cold and the chicken french was disgusting. When one of us mentioned the the meals were cold we were told it was seen coming off the grill. My friend requested that hers be taken back and taken off the bill- mean while the owner was in ear shot and followed the server back to the kitchen. She never once came to the table to offer an apology! When we asked for our desserts to be packed to go- due to being there for over 2 hours- and our checks we were informed that the owner had comped all of our meals. That was kind and definitely not expected, but she had left and again hadn’t said anything to anyone at our table. We most certainly won’t be going back to the establishment. The idea of having an event held at the bar is such a great, bringing in new patrons- but the staff and owner should be prepared. This was the second event that our group has attended and both were poor experiences.

Overall chill environment. Service can be slow if not properly staffed. The steak wrap was the size of a McDonald’s snack wrap and not worth the cost if you ask me.

Smaller kinda place, not very spacious. Food was on the over cooked side except for the burger patty. Food was on the bland side. Staff was very nice and made frequent stops to make sure drinks were full and plates were removed when done.

Ridge Runners in Brockport is an absolute gem! The food is amazing – full of flavor, large portions, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve just walked into your own home, warm and welcoming from the moment you step inside. It’s the perfect spot for a hearty meal and a relaxed, comfortable dining experience. Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again!

Came out to enjoy live music from a great local band (Son Henry). Wound up enjoying good food, beer, and service too. Had a few glasses of 3Heads Wet Hop to go with my Ridge Plate while my wife enjoyed her fish fry (went with the broiled option). Tasty food. Friendly service from the staff.
