I went back home to Florida for Christmas vacation. I met up with my cousin to have lunch, we visited this location. Gabbi was our waitress and was phenomenal. She was nice, kind, and attentive. She was constantly refilling drinks, removing plates, seeing if we needed anything, just very helpful. I ordered a strawberry margarita with a patron kick, and my cousin got the original margarita with a oayron shot as well. My cousin and I both ordered the salmon with seasoned rice, and she got a Ceasars salad and I got green beans. I also added grilled mushrooms to my salmon, and a side of grilled shrimp, which was all absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered the grilled chicken, mac n cheese, and a Ceasars salad. For dessert she had the strawberry cheesecake and I got the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Everything was soooooo delicious and that bread pudding was on point. We will definitely visit again if ever in the West Palm area ever again. Thanks Gabbi, you were awesome, management give her a raise

From the moment we arrived, the experience was great, but what truly made our visit exceptional was our server, Javi. His service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, quick, and always one step ahead of what we needed. He explained everything clearly, offered great recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire meal.
It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Thanks to Javi, our visit exceeded all expectations. We will definitely be coming back.

Texas Roadhouse in West Palm Beach is one of my favorite restaurants and places to go. They have awesome food and fun events and entertainment, like line dancing and kids night.
The restaurant is very cozy and cheerful, and the entire staff is just amazing! They are all so friendly and they really go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is extra enjoyable! Birthdays there are also very fun, riding the bull and getting a delicious dessert on your special day is priceless!
And I’m sure everyone already knows this, but I still have to mention that they have the best rolls and honey butter in the world and their steak sauce is second to none. It’s fire!

Visited for Dinner. Our server Hayley was really nice. The food was ok but the kitchen messed up our order and put the wrong sides with our meals and one had to be subbed out. The meals had likely been sat for a bit as fries were stone cold when they arrived at the table and food was lukewarm. Can’t fault the steaks though they were tasty!

We went to this location after visiting the Reptile Expo this weekend. Obviously it was packed for Valentines Day. We were told that the wait was 25-35 min but we were seated way before that! Our order was taken and our food was served in record time. Javier, our server was SUUUPER nice, attentive, and appreciative. Texas Roadhouse, I dont know how you took such great care of ALL THOSE CUSTOMERS as well as you did, but I tip my cowboy hat off to you!! Well done EVERYONE! BTW.. this is my first visit to this restaurant, but it won’t be my last!

Danielle at Texas House is hands down one of the best bartender. The place was absolutely packed, the bar was slammed, and on top of all that, she was working on her birthday — yet you would never know it from the level of service she delivered. Texas House already has a great vibe, but Danielle is the reason the experience stood out. Working a packed bar on your birthday and still providing exceptional service says everything about her character. Huge respect — and we’ll definitely be back.
