Atmosphere was way too loud. A lot of screaming today. More then normal. The celebration are nice but when you do back to back to back. It gets to become piercing of the brain. My steak was wonderful. But my guest asked for well done and they had to try 3 times to get it right. Well done is the easiest to cook. The bread was good per usual. Over experience was mediocre.

1 July 2023… I just deleted my 5 star review from 2019 to replace it with this 2 star review. Why? Mostly apethy on the part of the manager. He didn’t seem to care much about the condition of our food and even said that no one else had complained about this particular issue (which I’ll explain in a moment). Never the less he casually and relatively-unapologetically offered to discount us $7.00. The amount of the discount wasn’t nearly as troubling as the lack of concern or apology for the problem . He was very blasé about the whole thing . That’s fine, we just won’t be back . The problem was that the sweet potatoes were burned. Not just charred, burned… Burned skins and semi-dried out the middle. Our server told us that he’d seen others with the same issue. Maybe those people didn’t complain, but you’d think that if a member of staff notices an issue, it would be reported to management. Oh… The server also told us that the manager was actually not available (during dinner??) but he’d have him come see us once he was available, which wasn’t till the very end of the meal. We’ve been going to this restaurant for MANY YEARS. 10 or 15+. That trend ended for us in July 2023. We will go elsewhere and spend $60+ a week elsewhere. See pictures.

I have no idea why people go here. The steak was bland the place smelled like mold and urine and the way it set up it’s not really condusive for large groups or parties. The only saving grace are the warm honey buns.

My husband and I were very impressed with dinner trip this evening. Frist, our server, Dara was excellent. She was professional and very personable. The food, including an appetizer and our drinks were great. The manager, Devon came over to ask us how everything was. Have not been to Texas Roadhouse in a long time because there were issues in the past. He is doing a super job. Everything from a short wait to ordering to a delicious dinner was a win win. We will definitely be back!!!!!

It’s been a while since I have been, but everything was really good and our server was very sweet and attentive. Fun atmosphere, someone had a birthday and the staff sang and at one point they all did a line dance when “footloose” song played. Love the way the staff is happy to be at work. Great place to eat all the food was on point. Can’t wait to go again. Keep up the great vibes.!!

My family and I had the best server however, the staff from the hostess stand to the manager were horrible. Ran out of food, presented this as Mac n cheese and when I confronted the manager his reply was “we are trying a new recipe” there was sooo many things wrong during this experience, there are not enough characters to express it all.

Our first time visiting because we are usually intimidated by the number of cars in the parking lot but our wait was only 10 minutes. Wish we’d have tried here sooner because the food was perfect and our server (Bubbles, and the name was so very fitting to his personality) was on point!

First time visiting a Texas Roadhouse in Florida, and it was great. Loud atmosphere but it was cute because a lot of little kid birthdays. Our server, the white guy with short hair and a lovely smile was so sweet and on point (lowkey wanted to give him my number >:3) food was great and warm! Had a lovely experience, and to the white boy, love you, keep working hard!
