Our granddaughter was turning 12 while we were on vacation, and guess what? This was her absolute favorite restaurant! We had such a wonderful time there, and the service was amazing. Even though the food was a tad chilly – the ribs, everything else was just perfect. Thanks a bunch for coming over and making her feel so special, and for singing “Happy Birthday” in such a big, Yeehaw-worthy way!

This review is from 1-13-26. I have eaten here a few times now and each time has been amazing. I sat at the bar and had the full attention of both bartenders. Great customer service. Bar smelled clean. I have been to many bars where the smell is disturbing and disgusting. Great job to keeping this one clean and fresh. I had the 16oz sirloin and it was cooked perfectly. Overall great job and thank you for providing a clean and delicious atmosphere. I had one manager stop to make sure things were good but i always noticed she sat at a table in the bar area for a while. You would think she would have been helping her team out. Not the leadership I would expect from my manager.

After traveling all day, my daughter was craving those amazing yeast rolls. I figured it was worth the ask. They sell them by the dozen or half dozen. A half dozen was under $3! AND several servings of their cinnamon butter was included. AND I had them in hand in about 5 minutes!

Very disappointed in this location. Roadhouse is one of our favorite spots to eat. This time we ordered online for pick up at 6 curbside. It was raining so we picked it up at the To Go window. Well got to our hotel, missing a baked potato, ribs were dry and crumbly seasoned well but dry and we threw them away. The steak was tender but not seasoned at all I think they forgot to add seasoning or gave us someone else’s. Fish was good.. but that was it. Almost $60 down the drain. It was raining to hard to come back to restaurant. We did call and someone said manage would call us back. No call. We are now heading back to our hometown.

I had a 12 ounce ribeye with a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad. The steak was not cooked fresh. Ot was so tough, the fork would not go through it. My server had another one cooked fresh for me. The person that brought my steak said she told the cook, why would you send a steak out looking like that. I’m not sure if it’s a new cook or what because at least 3 people sent their steak back. My freshly cooked steak was more tender, but there was not any seasoning at all! It was a waste of money. However, my loaded baked potato and salad was good and my waiter was great and attentive!

I ordered a 20 oz medium-rare prime, and they brought me a very dry cut. When I told them the meat was too dry, they told me they were going to replace it, and they just returned it to me with the same cut of meat with more sauce… I don’t know if they know how it should be.

Impeccable service .. The steaks were cooked perfectly .. I didn’t take a pic of the appetizer but it was grilled shrimp with bread I can’t complain one bit , the food & service was excellent.. it is a bit loud BUT that’s okay well worth it .. I usually don’t do many chain restaurants but again this is worth it

I took my daughter for her birthday on 10/12. It was the best experience we’ve ever had anywhere! Our server was Layshay, sorry if it’s spelled wrong. She was positively amazing!! The food and drinks were also great! We also passed it on to the manager on how great our experience was! Thank you so much for making her birthday a fun and memorable one!
