One of my favorite restaurants in the whole area. I don’t live close but every time I go I try to make sure it’s worth it and the staff always provide a great experience. Love the appetizers also and their bread is so delicious!!! Glad that they decided to do the packaged peanuts. I do appreciate it being more cleanly. It’s less distracting and you can focus more on the food and the fun environment.

Ive put this review off for a long time now, but i felt it was imperative to share.
I travelled to Jacksonville to celebrate my sweet beautiful grandmother’s 85th Bday and my plan was to take her to her favorite restaurant ever (Texas Roadhouse).
The date was Aug 15, 2025 between 345-530pm.
Once we were seated our waitress made us feel like we were a burden to her. She was polite in a passive aggressive way but her demeanor was very bothered and unwelcoming.
In any case we tried to make the best of it and enjoy our dinner.
Our drinks were fine and even our meal was satisfactory.
Upon arrival i notified a few different members of the staff including our waitress that it was my grandmothers 85th Bday and would like a dessert brought out for her, after her dinner in celebration of this amazing milestone in her life.
I advised the staff money was not an issue and i would pay if necessary but i just wanted it to be nice for my grandmas sake. After the main course was coming to an end i had to get out of my seat to find the staff to help with the Bday dessert that i had planned ahead of time as they never returned.
These people finally came out (eventually) singing the most unenthusiastic bday song ever and delivering an insulting disgusting visually unappealing and downright cruel of a dessert to my beautiful grandma. This was a rock hard HOCKEY PUCK (Take a look at the pics!) no ice cream no whipped cream NOTHING!!
God bless this woman she was such a good sport about it and even joked it off but the amount of sadness and shame i felt for coordinating such a sad tribute to the most amazing grandma ever was heartbreaking.
The waitress made us feel so terrible, like she did not want to serve us. We still acted with grace and were polite, even still tipped well, but boy did that experience really disappoint us. As we were exiting the host staff was so rude to my grandmother. She was just trying to tell them she turned 85. They acted annoyed.
I have never had an issue with any Texas Roadhouse in south florida EVER. Its such a shame that the one time i experience this in Jacksonville Blanding location it happens to be on the most important visit. I just dont understand how anyone could be so mean and cruel to such a great person.
I will always love Texas Roadhouse in Miami and Tampa but this location on Blanding Blvd is a huge disgrace to such a wonderful restaurant, AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THAT HOCKEY PUCK!!

The food was so good, I had a porch rocker 8/10 and an island cooler. OMG!! I loved the island cooler.10/10 The wait was long but I expected it because it was the day before valentine 1 hr and 20mins but services was so amazing and the food it was worth the wait 100% recommend.

I live right behind the restaurant and I am happy to place an order rather than cooking after a long work week, so I’d say I’m a frequent flyer… but today, after the LONGEST work week I’ve had an ages… they messed up so many parts of my meal that I’m frustrated enough to leave a public review. Usually I let things slide and I’m polite about it because everyone makes mistakes, but after $80 for food and a $15 tip on a to go order, having to go back to the restaurant to get my salads, and come back home to find my steak almost raw…. NO MORE POLITE. My raw steak is now in the fridge. I ordered medium… it’s almost purple. I think I’ll be taking a break from this restaurant and giving my money to someone that can cook a steak. And to be clear, this is not the first steak I’ve had that’s been drastically under temp. Someone needs training, or they need to quit assuming to go orders can just deal with whatever they get.

I’ve always loved Texas Roadhouse — the food was great as usual! Everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful, and our server did a great job making sure we had what we needed. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by how unprofessional and rude the manager, Morganne, was. It really took away from what could have been a perfect visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and our server was doing an awesome job and deserves better leadership.

First time back here in YEARS. Long line always deterred me from wanting to go. Saw the check in online advertising and figured why not. 80-90 min wait when I checked in and did so at home. Gave my wife and I plenty of time to get ready. Oh and I believe that quoted waited time is good for 15 minutes past that actual time. Example, you were quoted an 80-90 minute wait and it would be 830 when that 90 minutes was up. Your reservation would be good until 845. Got the blooming onion, a mixed drink, 18 oz med rare ribeye. It was all fantastic but was pleasantly surprised by the steak flavor. It was way better than I remember it. It had been years since I last went but I remember it tasting like an average steak. Anyways, it was all great and will be back soon!

We had an awesome experience. Our server’s name was Jessica. The place was pretty busy, but she would make time to make sure everything was good and always had a smile and great attitude. We will definitely come back.

My wife and were using our Veterans Day free meal coupons, I explained that to our waitress. That’s when our service seemed less, she disappeared once she took the order. The food arrived and she returned when we’re almost finished eating. Not really invested in us as we were using our free meal coupons. The food was okay.

After waiting for about one hour, finally they called me. Our server was very diligent and nice, but my husband can’t eat bbq sauce and I did ask very clear to place the sauce at the side. The rib was full in sauce. I didn’t want to returned and he has to eat his favorite food in the way he cannot enjoy. My food was good.

We love the atmosphere here & the food for the most part. This visit was kinda why this time. Food was cold & missing sides ect.
