Normally a pretty decent spot but not today. The food took forever to arrive and when it did missing our two bowls of grits. The bacon was cold, not lukewarm, cold. The owner says will take back and recook. Well after 20 mins no grits or bacon. After I finished what food I had, I went to the counter to get the bowls of grits and bacon myself since no one else bothered to bring it. The girts were fine but the bacon is now burnt and they had the nerve to try to give me that no thanks. Our server was nice and friendly but checked on us twice. A piece of advice if you go don’t sit in the room at the back. You will get forgotten about. Highly doubt I will return.

Stopped in for a perfectly OK breakfast. The food and service were good, not great. Nothing in my meal really jumped out as excellent. Chairs at the counter were not quite comfortable. Coffee was fine and food came up quick enough. All in all, it fit the bill of OK.

First time. I usually don’t hesitate to give our restaurants 5 stars on reviews, but a couple of things came about I’ll point out. First I will say they were busy, i give em that much. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Took nearly 10 minutes for our waitress to come take our drink order. She did say they were running behind. Staffing may have been an issue as I noticed several people coming in waiting a long time to pick up their orders as we did to getting our food. My bacon and eggs on my order were a bit on the cold side. The rest of my food was good and reasonable temperature. I ate it anyway and chose not to complain. Noticed as well a few waitresses were the only ones hustling while several staff weren’t in a hurry to recognize people who were walking in to be seated or otherwise seated waiting for long periods to be served. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and understand all of the issues that arise in the workplace. Felt like some of the employees could’ve been a little more attentive to the matters at hand. I will give this establishment another chance at some point.

We had an amazing breakfast experience! The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh, but what really made our visit special was our waitress, Karen. She was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Her friendly attitude and great service truly made us feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back!

Started off great, had a fantastic server. Then not one person even looked my direction as I sat there for over 30 minutes ready to leave. Tables on both sides of me were served, coffee topped off, etc. A woman with a “manager” tag couldn’t even respond. My original waitress comes back after getting her daughter from school and apologized. I get it stuff happens, however, this is not how you treat people. I have tried several times to make this place a “go to” this was there last straw. I will never step foot into this place. Good luck!

Brooklyn, Donna and Maria among ALL the other servers are very warm, inviting and conscientious. Make you feel like family. I have specific requests and they are always met. Food is consistently perfect!
Owners are extremely warm and friendly as well. Dishes/ utensils are ALWAYS clean! Thank you!!

Karen was an amazing server/hostess. She responded to our many questions and dietary needs. Every encounter was enveloped in a smile. Karen made delicious recommendations and encouraged us to expand our pallets. This was a wonderful experience for our family. We will definitely return and bring others with us. The service was mediocre, but the food was AMAZING!! I ordered the Banana Foster French Toast, with bacon, and fried eggs. I have never heard of such a dish, but I am so glad I ordered it. The meal was fresh, savory, and melted in my mouth. Now the server, we only saw her twice. When we ordered and when the checks came. There was no small talk, suggestions (as it was our first time), or really any feeling that made us feel like we were wanted. I will return for the great food and hopefully the service improves!
