The prime rib was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, flavorful, and exactly the temperature I asked for. My son thoroughly enjoyed his steak as well, which says a lot. The food quality across the board was excellent.
That said, the service could definitely use some improvement. It wasn’t terrible, but it lacked attentiveness and polish, especially considering how strong the kitchen performance was. With better pacing and more proactive service, this place could easily elevate the entire experience.
Overall, the food alone makes it worth visiting, but tightening up the service would push it from great to exceptional.

Stopped here for a Friday lunch (Jan. 16) while passing through the area, and service at the bar was awesome thanks to Cassidy and Kendal. My ribeye steak was cooked just right for me! I’d definitely return in the future.

Ordered a 28oz steak. I unfortunately had to send it back. Once it arrived it was cooked to perfection. The manager also arrived to make sure it was cooked how I wanted it. Stacy was our waitress and we are grateful for her hospitality and patience as we were a party of 6. We would like to extend our gratitude. I am from Texas, and we were glad to have a little bit of Texas in Georgia. Thank you from all of us!

This steakhouse is still our Favorite and Best Steak of anyones!!!! The rub they put on the sirloin….makes them perfect. The chef cooks it exactly like we like it- Pink!!
The salted skin potato is delicious! You still get two sides with your steak not just one like some other steakhouse do!!! Very reasonable prices!!! Servers are thoughtful and dependable! The waiting in line system works great!!!!

Absolute one of the better meals I’ve had in a while. There was about a 5 minute wait for a table. The server was fantastic. She was fun, energetic, & a wonderful server. She kept my husband tea glass full. She checked on us several times. We will definitely be back when we are in Valdosta Ga.

Was in Valdosta for the day. Glad to stop here for lunch. This place was packed at 11:45am on a Saturday. Table wait time was 15 minutes, so we decided to dine in bar area. Nikki was our server and she took great care of us. Salads were tasty and cool. Chili had the right amount of kick to go with baked potato. Steak tips were a generous portion. Clean restrooms, good food and friendly folks who thanked us for choosing their restaurant. Price was reasonable for the amount of food. We have enough for supper tonight. Thanks for the hospitality and YAY for Nikki!

Everyone enjoyed their meal. From the steak and ribs combo to the portobello chicken entree to the wings to the cheeseburger sliders meal to the salmon entree. Our server was great and very friendly. The rolls OMG; they are the best thus far. They were warm and scrumptious, and let’s not forget about the oh so good butter that compliments it. The water didn’t taste bad for tap water and seemed filtered.

Server was great. Onion blossom a little under cooked and we had to send it back. Steaks were ordered medium while one was good the other burnt on the one side. The food didn’t take long to come out and the service was very good. I always love coming to this location

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Hands down the slowest and worst Texas Roadhouse on the planet. Ordered 1 item 30 minutes before closing and tried to do a curbside pick-up. They literally refused to bring my order out to me. They wouldn’t answer the phone and locked the doors. I had to go over to the window and ask what was wrong with them. They apparently had my food sitting there the whole time and decided to hand it to me. It was COLD. Plus, they screwed up my order and didn’t give me my drink. The owners/management should be embarrassed of this pitiful customer service
