Everything was perfect! The hostess that sat us was friendly and helpful as we picked out our steaks in the case. Our server Andrew was great. Very patient, efficient, and friendly. Our steaks were perfectly cooked. I got the 16 oz. NY strip and my husband got the 16 oz. Ribeye. Both very flavorful.

An all around good visit. Fast kind friendly service. There was a short wait to be seated but that is to be expected at supper time in this area. We had the best waitress we have had in sometime. The food was cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was pleasant and uplifting. We will definitely return.

I’ve been to this location a number of times over the years. Today I had a first time experience. I asked my server to get my steak charred and cooked medium. He asked if I wanted to have it “Pittsburgh” style. I wasn’t familiar with it, but he said I would enjoy it.

I always have a pleasant southwestern themed meal when I dine here! On my most recent visit, the wait staff felt like my food took too long to make, even though it didn’t feel that long to me, so they took it off my bill!

Tonight’s visit was exceptional! Excited a booth in the bar and Haley took extremely good care of us. The food was outstanding! I had the flame medallions with a baked potato. Oh my God it was good. Michelle had the sirloin with grilled shrimp and she really enjoyed hers as well.

What a fantastic meal! Our first trip to the Roadhouse in years. Our server was very good – she actually seemed happy to be there! My NY Strip was cooked to perfection and the Caesar Salads were just as good as ever.

The seasoning really helps and the quality of the steak is above average. It is hard to find a good steak in this area unless you want to pay a high price and even then I found some bad ones. These are not the best steaks I have eaten but likely the best steaks for the price which is quite reasonable. Suggest you call ahead and beware you need to check when you arrive and if it is during peak times expect a long wait time. The sides are OK and not shown but I usually get and recommend the salad and grean beans.

Michael and Hailey were bartending and made a great team. Sat at a booth in the bar area. Food was delicious, service was fantastic. Fun atmosphere! It was a spur of the moment decision to stop in for dinner, glad we did.

The hubs and I have been to several Texas Roadhouses throughout our travels but the one in Aberdeen NC is by far superior than any other one we have ever been. First our waitress Maybell was amazing. She took our orders and asked if we wanted extra stuff on our salad like bacon and/or Bleu cheese crumbles. We’ve never been asked if we wanted anything extra and I didn’t even know that was possible! We ordered an onion and it came out before our salads (as it should) then salads then main course. I had the filet medallions with a portobello sauce and it was delicious! Everyone else in our group was pleased with their meals as well. The food and service was the best we have ever had at any Texas Roadhouse. 5 stars!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. If that’s true, then the pic of the ribs should speak for itself. But…there’s more. Placed order on website around 11am for pick up at 1:30pm. Credit card pinged and I thought I was good to go. We’d ordered online before and had great luck. My bad that I didn’t follow up with a phone call this go round. Got to restaurant around 1:40pm. Order not ready and no record whatsoever. Placed order again at pick up window and was told order would take about 25 minutes. ‘Took almost 50 minutes! When it was all said and done, credit card pinged 3 times with different dollar amounts. Charges did fall off without me having to call. I would have regrouped with getting food but had family waiting for birthday celebration. Mia at pickup window was nice. Discovered we were short one salad, but I caught it before we got to car. Even though I have an online account with username and password etc. there is no record of orders. Not sure if/when we’ll be getting food to go from here, but based on what Mia said, these things tend to happen…so my advice to others…call the restaurant even if you think you’re good to go. ‘Still don’t know how to account for the burnt ribs.
