When we arrived, we were told the wait would be 10–20 minutes. Instead, we stood outside in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes. Then, after finally receiving the text that our table was ready, we went inside only to wait another 5 minutes before actually being seated. What was the point of the text?
Once seated, it somehow got worse. We waited 40 minutes for our food and we ordered the most basic items possible: chicken tenders and fries, and a burger with fries. There is no reason that should take that long.
When the food finally came out, our waitress did not even bring it herself. Someone else dropped it off and the fries were cold. I specifically asked for ranch and honey mustard and received neither. I kept waiting for our waitress to come back so I could ask again, but she never checked on us. My friend finished his entire meal while I was still sitting there waiting on sauce that never came.
At that point, I gave up. I paid for cold food, took it home, used sauce from my own fridge, and reheated it myself because I did not want to make my friend sit there even longer while they attempted to fix their mistakes.
On top of that, the parking was terrible, the service was worse, and the entire experience was beyond frustrating. There was nothing enjoyable about this visit. I will not be returning. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would.
The food was great. Steak was cooked right and had nice seasoning on it.
Skya was absolutely killing it tonight! From the moment we sat down, she was organized, attentive, and so well-mannered. Every single thing came out right on time, our orders were perfect, and she consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You could truly tell she cared about giving us the best experience possible.
Her hospitality was top-tier, warm, professional, and genuinely kind. After long days of teaching, it means so much to come somewhere we can relax, enjoy a great meal, and be taken care of so well.

Today, our bread rolls were not the freshest and our server Kim (who was training a new employee) immediately noticed and replaced it for us.
Steak was perfectly cooked as always and the service was quick. Recommend this chain and this location 5/5.

Upon entering, you emerge into a traditional American restaurant, full of decorations, but gradually you notice some differences: a tablet menu on the table where you can also pay the bill, a children’s kit for children to draw and paint on the table.
The service was good, what I thought was cool is that from time to time there are country presentations by some waitresses.
Now the food is the highlight: both the biscuits as a starter, the fried onions (in my opinion, even better than the ones at Outback) and the ribs that are so succulent they melt in their mouths. We will definitely be back soon.
