Been here 3 times for special occasions. They’re always packed but you can get your seats quick if you do online reservation.

We always starts off with the Cactus Blossom, never fails. Then the steak is always so good it makes you wanna come back everytime. Always ended up with full stomach and leftover (sadly I can’t finish the whole thing). Service are great. Last time we went the server named Rubi served us and he listened to our requests well and always checking on us. (This also applies to the other 2 times we went but we forgot the name). They never disappoint.

The family and I went to dinner tonight as part of a school fundraiser. We were promptly seated, but when we left there was a bit of a wait. We had a nice size table in a side room because of the baby’s seat. Our waitress, Abby, was prompt and took our drink order while we settled in.
Our table had a sirloin, chicken fried steak, and a kid’s steak bits. All of that food was satisfactory to them. I ordered salmon at a steak restaurant. It was cooked well but not dried out. The seasoning was nice and I loved the outer crispyness from the grill. I also had a not-too-tangy Caeser salad and some well-seasoned rice for my side dishes. I’ve never had a bad dish here. Of course, you can’t come here without eating the rolls. I don’t know why they ask you if you want some, because people can do fundraisers just selling the bread! It’s always fresh, warm, buttery and soft. Say Yes!
The food came in a decent amount of time for this busy night. I loved that Abby avoided holding anything over the baby sitting at the end of the table. (This always unnerves me at other restaurants, when servers hold hot dishes over a baby’s head.) Abby checked on us many times and offered things before we asked. She was also very pleasant.
As far as atmosphere, this is the second noisiest restaurant in town. The music is noticeable, and the place just seems to carry so much extra noise no matter where you sit. And please don’t tell them it was my birthday! That is too much noise on its own! And the busyness of the place sometimes frazzles me. But, I love that they are community-minded: gift cards that can be personalized for a fundraiser; business ads on the TV screens; Kids’ Night; and much more. I’m sorry that it’s not a restaurant I choose to come to very often.
Pictures: I started eating the salmon before I remembered to shoot it. Jackelopes are an endangered species.

First timers! We were greeted warmly by the host and seated right away (5pm on a Friday evening). Our server was Dalia, who was wonderful. She brought us a complimentary sample platter of their sides. She made great recommendations. She was friendly and personable. We will definitely go back!.

The food is always great and the atmosphere is always lively. It’s not the greatest steak restaurant in town but Texas Roadhouse never disappoints.

I dined at Texas Roadhouse on Christmas Eve, and while the food was great what truly stood out was the incredible professionalism of our waitress (DANNI). Unfortunately, this review comes with both praise and disappointment. During our meal, the table next to us was being rude and unreasonable with our server. They were raising their voices, making snide remarks, cussing, slamming things around, and treating every staff member that came to the table with utter disrespect. Despite th chaos, our server and the manager who went to the tabl handled the situation with unwavering grace and professionalism. They both apologized repetitively, kept calm tones, and continued to ensure that all of the guests, including us, were comfortable and well taken care of. I was deeply impressed by our waitresses composure and ability to still remain calm and polite to everyone she was taking care of under such pressure. Sadly, another waitress approached our table shortly after and stated they would be taking care of us as our waitress had beenlet go, apparently due to how that situation was handled. To us that’s unfair and heartbreaking to do to someone, especially on Christmas Eve. To see someone punished for that sends the wrong message. To the management, reconsider how you treat your staff. Waitresses like this are the reason customers return. Of course we will remember good food, but I will remember our waitresses kindness and composure even more. We have been regulars at this establishment for many years and unfortunately we will not be returning simply due to how management chose to treat their staff.

I’ll chalk this up as a bad night, but I ordered the salmon with a Caesar salad, and the salmon came out the size of a hot dog. $18 for that? Highway robbery, Texas Roadhouse style. Maybe it was just an off night, but I had to leave a review — hopefully next time the salmon decides to grow up a bit!

Went for my brother and sister in laws birthday. We had a great meal and excellent service. I suggest calling ahead and making reservations. We had about a 20 minute wait for our food. We had 5 people.

This place is awful under the management of Ed! My girlfriend and I were there this afternoon and had an embarrassing and unacceptable experience. We came in, got seated and got waited on accordingly. Everything going well. Food wasn’t perfect but still good and up to our standards. Finished our meals and paid via kiosk. Right after I paid, a waitress came by with a full tray of food/salad and as she was holding it all the way above her head, she bumped into something and dropped the whole tray on top of my girlfriend… A plate actually hit her head and left a small cut and a bump on her head along with lots of ranch, cheese, and lettuce all over her and our table/floor. Accidents happen and the waitress who caused this was there and asking if my girlfriend was okay. As a bunch of waitresses were helping and cleaning, the manager who was in charge was nowhere to be seen. I said out loud “where is the manager?” Another waitress took my girlfriend to the ladies room to clean the salad that was all in her hair and on her clothes. Minutes go by and manager still nowhere around this incident. I told our waitress that I’m getting out of the way so they could clean and I told her that I wanted a refund. She went and came back with COUPONS worth of $60 (most likely given to her by Ed) … I said I want the manager and she points behind me and there he is just chilling there like he has no responsibility. He then tried to tell me that he CAN’T issue a refund since I paid via kiosk. As I continued with this situation to get this resolved correctly, he started to talk to me like I’m a child. He told me “let’s not make this any worse than it already is.” $60 worth of coupons is not a refund! Nor will it make up for the embarrassment of the whole thing nor the damage for my girlfriends head, sweatshirt and pants. Ed initially told me he COULD NOT issue a refund at all, then decided to tell me that he can issue a refund after my payment via kiosk has been processed. Ed should have said that to begin with. Seems like he was trying to do the bare minimum during this whole issue. As he continued to be rude about it, he gave me the option of getting a refund or getting $60 worth of coupons. We were mad and embarrassed and I told him I want the full refund. He said it’ll take a few business days to process since I paid via kiosk. Do we not deserve to be rightfully accommodated for what just took place? The embarrassment, the food all over clothes, and mostly the terrible customer service from the manager and the manager ONLY! Every other staff member were professional and made sure to ask if my girlfriend was okay. Him giving us the option to choose one or the other was completely unacceptable! He needs to be removed from TRH staff immediately! This isn’t the only time we’ve had to deal with his unprofessionalism! But this time was really unacceptable in every way, shape, or form to deal with the whole accident and then having to deal with his rudeness and unprofessionalism. After we finally left, we had made a call to speak to the owner and other manager and explained everything. They took our information and emailed us the $60 worth of coupons that Ed initially offered us as an option. I doubt we’ll be going back to Winchester TRH just to stay away from Ed’s poor service and management. After further reading reviews for this location, my opinion on Ed’s unprofessionalism grows stronger. This guy does not deserve to be in any position of customer service. Accidents happen and we are just human, but Ed was the problem here. Fortunately, one of the reviews for Winchester TRH mentioned the Mexican restaurant next door is pretty great!

Ordered on line for pick up. The food was packed well, and the steaks were not overcooked. I ordered a combo with ribs, which were very tasty and tender. My sirloin was mostly good, but half of it was very, very chewy – basically inedible. My partner ordered NY strip, which also had a big section that was inedible. The baked potato was nice and big, and cooked well. Green beans were not hot, but that’s easy to microwave. Mine came with salad, which was fresh and good. I will probably order from them again, but will avoid the steaks and try the chicken or salmon. I would prefer curb-side service instead of going to a window to pick up my order.
