Got to Texas Roadhouse an hour before closing time. Parking was a snap, right upfront. The staff were very cordial and service was fast. To start things off the hot and tasty dinner rolls hit the spot. Then came the main dish…I got the sirloin medium with baked potato and grilled shrimp to top it off. The sirloin temperature was spot-on and the load baked potato was good, the shrimp were also hot and tasty with a hint of garlic and herb seasoning. Overall the visit was a success. Tasty food, a full belly, along with friendly staff who could ask for more?

Food was standard fare, 6 oz sirloin steak was a little tough, but I was hungry and it disappeared. Baked sweet potato was great BUT, it was so cold inside the restaurant, half way through my meal, the butter stayed solid. The big guy had the Smokehouse burger with baked potato and said it was “good, a 4 “. My biggest complaint was that it was so cold, I asked for a hot cup of water to warm my hands!

I go to Texas Roadhouse in Winchester Va a lot. My last 2 visits was not good. Especially the hart one on Thursday April 26th. We had a party of 4. Spent a lot of money. The manager on duty at 4 p m was a very disrespectful man. One of our meals came it completely wrong. The waiter was very nice about it and I ask to speak to manger to get at least a discount on meal because he could not do it. The manager was very rude and said we do not do that and walked off. He did not try to make things right. I would love to speak to someone higher up to let them know.

This place is fabulous. Not only is the food great but the service is excellent! We’ve had different waitresses and waiters each time we’ve been and they are all outstanding! I highly recommend this place.
