The manager never called back to resolve a complaint. 2 wrong orders, overall food quality was low and the quantity was off. Very strange for chic-fil-a, but today it was very bad from the order, to the food, to no response after a phone call to resolve. Attached photo of what they counted as chicken nuggets.

Can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A, especially when requested by the grandkids! The kids got a little loud and rambunctious in the playroom, but the glass walls do a fair job of holding the noise in! Service was excellent and food was good, as always.

This location was amazing with great service at the counter all the way up to the manager JIM helping us out by repackaging in big bag since our order was so large. Who doesn’t love this place? It’s so nice here! Plain Jane picky eater here, but I do love their chicken nuggets with their masterfully created chick fil a sauce haha whoever came up with it was a genius and no one knew we need that sauce until it was made! Yummm!! Oh! And they make a delectable chicken noodle soup that my husband I tried me to when I got sick and now when I’m sick I consider that soup a silver lining to the cloud of sickness haha goodness now that I’m leaving a review I’m suddenly craving some of that soup haha hmm maybe that’ll be dinner tonight!!

Everything about this place is awesome..great customer service and staff.. cleanliness of the area.. restrooms..just perfect..the whole experience is totally breathtaking. My daughter and I door dash from time to time..every time I take my break..no matter where I am at..I will always take my lunch there. It’s getting harder to justify eating out with the family with the prices of everything going up. Chick-fil-A has always been more expensive than most local fast food places. They’re like that fuel station that consistently has higher priced gas than most places in town. I’ve said it in other reviews & I’ll say it here too. Their food quality doesn’t meet the price of the meal. As of Feb 2023, the average meal is over $11. I love to bless my family once in a while with their choice of food out on the town, but Chick-fil-A rarely gets to be that place, especially these days.

The only complaint I have ever had about their restaurants is that they are always so busy that the waffle fries come out soggy because the fryer oil doesn’t have time to get back up to temperature. The solution is simple but costly. Having said that, the food is too good to let that stop me.

Why are the same employees outside daily. I come here just about everyday and the way the treat their employees is almost like slave work. I had a gentleman I think it was Friday bring me my food in the back of the line in the middle of hail?? He looked pretty upset and I would be too. Do better. Your store is always full of employees so why can’t you do better. This is the last time I will be coming here. The gentleman got hit in the face with hail right next to my car and ended up cussing And I am not mad about it haha. I told him it wasn’t fair and he just brushed it off like he was used to it.

Drove 20 mins to get food, denied a CFA coupon. The coupon was emailed via CFA. Time wasted and a lunch hour gone. Good to know even as a Signature member I can’t utilize coupons from CFA. Feels great to spend that much money catering etc just to get denied a single entree coupon. Oh well.
