Friday nights can be absolute mayhem, and this one was no exception—but the hostesses handled it with grace, kindness, and smiles that never quit. Even with the wait, the energy stayed upbeat and welcoming.
A special thank-you to Ashley and Allyson—both were incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely pleasant in the middle of the rush. They made everyone feel seen and taken care of, which says a lot on a busy Friday night.
It’s easy to see who sets the tone when you walk in the door, and these ladies did it beautifully. Customer service like that deserves a shout-out. Thank you for making a hectic night feel friendly and well-run!

Went in on a Sunday Evening 7pm ish. Sat at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and efficient. The service was top tier. Didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes for anything. I ordered the Chicken Critter Salad YUMMM Combo App is always the way to go. And of course you can’t stop here without having some of their famous rolls. For drinks I had a Strawberry Cucumber Fizz. Delicious. Overall my experience was excellent.

Best roadhouse there is!!! Clean, great quality food every time and great customer. Today even the heater that was above us was very very warm and making my sensory level very rough, the waitress saw us and went and talked to the manager when she had so many tables to concentrate on and got it turned down. Just something that sets them apart from everybody else, the great customer service!

The food was okay. We ordered friend pickles they weren’t hot not even warm to touch. No one came around for awhile so couldn’t send them back. My chicken was over cooked. The other food was good. The staff was extremely friendly but when you needed something they were no one where to be found. No one even offered drink refills. The manager was screaming at the staff for not carding people when costumers order alcohol. We heard it all. The atmosphere was loud in party mood. Mind you we ate at 4:30 no need for music to so loud you could even talk to the person next to you.

I’ve been to several Texas Roadhouse locations, but this Pasadena, Md. location is the first time I’ve been less than fully satisfied. My Portobello Mushroom Chicken was just Ok…slightly undercooked and smallish. We were placed in the side-rear of the restaurant which seemed odd, since there were many booths open. And even odder still was the less than excellent service. The waiter seemed gruff and blunt, almost as if he didn’t want to be there that evening. I like TR, but I’ll just return to were i usually go.
