This was the best dining experience that I have had at any Texas Roadhouse. The service and food was amazing. Maddie was my server and she was excellent. Knowledgeable, Professional, Attentive, Nice and Friendly. The drinks were strong and so good. And of course the bread was delicious!

A great place, especially for families or large groups. We came on Sunday at 2 pm and it was pretty full so I imagine at other times it gets busy. The salads were really nice for the whole family – I had a steak filet and it was very tasty. Rolls were warm and plentiful and they did have peanuts upon request. It is out of the way though, but I’d recommend it overall.

⭐☆☆☆☆ UPDATE: I submitted my complaint the secondary system because the person that responded to this is uncapable and unqualified to handle a complaint apparently. I still have not received any feedback. I feel comfortable revealing that I saw rodent feces around various parts of the restaurant (I went on a picture taking spree while waiting on my new steak), I will upload those pictures one week from today.

Love Texas Roadhouse. Great food. There have been a couple times I’ve had to send steak back for being under cooked, but they correct it every time. Love the bread and the boneless wings. They still had Kraft Mac and cheese last time we went (Aug 2023)

Excellent food and great service. This is the best steakhouse to which I’ve been since moving to this area several years ago. I almost always get a ribeye at steakhouses, this this one does not disappoint. Fresh-baked rolls are always a delight, and these almost melt in one’s mouth. Their pork chops are also very tasty, and the restaurant’s side of veggies is served with the veggies still a little crisp and not overcooked.

I typically pickup food from the outside counter… they never disappoint. Phenomenal customer service, the server opens the covered plate to make sure your order is accurate, and they give you rolls.

Watch out for carry out. I had problems with my last three orders. Food cooked wrong or wrong food period. Today I ordered two steaks and a full rack of ribs. I bought a full slab of ribs for my son and the ribs were burnt. The ribs on top were the length it should be. Under was a half of a half. Looked like it was already ripped apart by someone and burnt as well. Picture shows exactly how I received it. My steak was med well. I received med rare. I ordered two loaded potatoes and received two potatoes only. I will not be going to this location again on mountain road. Over four hundred spent on three orders. None of them worth it. Sorry. Someone needs to know.
