Came here for Valentine’s day lunch today. Crowded but we were seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive, and asked us what we needed, and our food was good. She was also very helpful when deciding on what to order. The manager also came over to make sure we were satisfied as well. Excellent service. The food was very good as well, I got the beef tips with gravy, which was very tender, compliments of the chef. My boyfriend ordered the sirloin and shrimp meal, which he devoured! Can’t wait to visit again, keep up the good work guys!

We had the most amazing experience! Our waitress was so quick and so sweet. A shoutout to Chris who helped my daughter win a cow in the claw machine. She said “moooooooo” the entire way home. The entire staff was kind and deserve way more than 5 stars!

We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. The service was excellent — our waitress was very kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager even stopped by our table to check on us and make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Outstanding service and delicious food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I were here earlier today and had great service. We were seated immediately after coming in and then we had a really nice waitress named Stefanie! She was great, very kind and attentive. Our food was good, I had the pulled pork dinner with buttered corn and mixed vegetables. And my husband had a Med. Well burger with fries. He said his burger was more medium than med. well but he didn’t mind he likes them both ways and said it was really good! Can’t wait to come back.

If there was a 0 star allowed, i would be clicking it. Was there today with a party of 3 to celebrate one’s birthday. There was a few parties before us so we enter the wait list. They ask for our name and phone number for text. Told us it’ll be a little wait. It was little crowded so we wait outside at the bench area. Weather was light drizzle rain with clouds and temperature was around 45 degrees. We waited out there 45 minutes with no call or text. Went inside to check why the wait was taking so long and hostess said, “We were looking for you but didn’t see you.” What is the point of asking for my number if I dont get a text or call? On top of that, you literally saw my group of 3 walk out to the outside bench area. It’s not like we can leave the area without opening the small gates and setting the fire alarms off. Hostess told us to wait by the wall and we’ll be attended. Waited 10 minutes and 3 small parties by the wall are seated. We just got thrown back into a queue list when we should be prioritize for their mistake in the first place. Wasted 1 hour waiting for nothing. My party left with disappointment due to bad management and service and headed to Applebee’s to celebrate the birthday. EPHRATA TEXAS ROADHOUSE won’t be getting any businesses from me ever again.

My first time going to this location of Texas roadhouse. I always have a great experience at Texas roadhouse. Went there today to celebrate the buddy’s birthday. There was a wait line so we waited and gave our name and phone number. We waited for about 45 minutes outside at the bench area. We didn’t get a call or text so we went in to check. I believe the hostess name was Piper. She told us to go wait at the wall with the other groups. We waited about 10 minutes and 3 groups by the wall were seated before us. I guess first come, first serve ain’t a part of this business. We wasted about 1 hour waiting for nothing. We left and headed to Applebee’s to celebrate instead. Bad service, first and last. Won’t be coming here again.

Miles our server couldn’t have been any more pleasant and efficient. Definitely a plus to their team. I loved my ny strip as it was cooked perfectly and had lots of great flavor. Portions are good and prices are good. It was nice to see the staff stop and do a little line dance. Manager also stopped by our table and checked on our experience

Food is horrid. The kitchen crew needs retrained or new manger. Dry steak. Dry ribs. Saltless. Tasteless. The brown sugar butter tasted like refrigerator, food odor. Cold mashed potatoes. Oil soaked chicken. Best part of my meal was my soda. Waitress was attentive. Food was trash. Only saving grace, had gift cards to pay with the meal. I was looking around thinking why is this place. packed, unless these folks cook tasteless dried out, cold food at home and is duped by name of this restaurant. Terrible. Go to Long Horn. Go to a friend’s house with a grill for better food than this.

Had to leave. Spoke to the manager about filthy napkin & silverware. She apologized and quickly returned with a new set. The replacement was also filthy. We can understand a human mistake, but if the second set of napkins and silverware are disgusting what are the conditions in the kitchen?

This was my first time eating at TexasRoadhouse Ephrata location. Although it was a busy Tuesday evening, I was seated within a couple minutes of arriving. My waitress Linda was wonderful. Got me my drink right away. Went over gift certificate deals and specials for shrimp add-on. I got the two boneless pork chops dinner, baked potato with just butter, and garden salad. I got fried mushrooms and onions along with the pork chops. They also have a side cup of dipping sauce which was very tasty. The pork chops were delicious and cooked to perfection! The potato was cooked properly and very good. The salad was a nice mixture and everything was fresh and delicious. What can I say their rolls and cinnamon butter are fabulous! I talked to one of the managers on staff and told him how pleased I was. Definitely will go back again.
