Went for late lunch, early dinner today (1:30pm). Seated immediately, as restaurant was not busy at that time of day (the reason we go at that time). Server was delayed as attending to bar temporarily. Took our order with little regard to ticket for chosen steak at the door (left at table). Received steak ordered medium rare. Received steak rare, much thinner than steak at the door. Unfortunately, server was delayed returning to ask if meal was cooked properly.

We had a great Sunday lunch at the Chambersburg location. We were served by a wonderful waitress Tammy, she was quick and friendly and made sure we never had to wait on drinks my favorite. The food is pretty decent. We all had steaks. The sweet potatoes were our favorite. A staff member named Chloe checked in on us she was very nice and friendly as well.

Food is always above par and there cheese burgers are to die for if you like medium rare. The service tends to always go down hill after you place your food order. Not the cleanest restaurant but you have to realize how busy they are. I recommend that for the best service you should plan to go in shortly after they open.

What a great night. We are new to the area and Texas road house is one of our faves. So we gave it a try. You did not dissapoint. Our wait was not long although there were tons of people there. Your system of getting people in is amazing. Our waitress Stephanie took such good care of us. Making suggestions and getting all our order completely correct. She never made us feel like we were a bother and smiled the whole time. And of course the food. all 4 of our meals were cooked to perfection. Some one even came over to our table and made sure everything was ok. Keep up the good work Texas Road House.

2 Sirloin Steak dinners over cooked, 1 filled so salty it was hard for the wife to eat. My 20oz ribeye rare was full of gristle. Oh the bake potatoes were half cooked and butter would not melt. Waitress was ok but over busy.
