We had two steaks and only one was great- the ribeye that never fails! What did fail as usually are the side dishes..We love how birthdays are celebrated here but not how table is not cleaned up on time. The floor swiping while customers present is another bad habit.

This place is just like any other Texas Roadhouse you may have experienced. The food is always good. The drinks are, too. We’ve been here several times. We like the fried pickles appetizer. On this trip, I got the Road Kill, which is a chopped steak with onions, mushrooms, and jack cheese. I often get the ribeye or sirloin, too. It’s all good! You really can’t go wrong!

The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. The food was very good—I had the half beef ribs, which were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I left not only satisfied but also with a surprisingly light and healthy feeling afterwards. Definitely a spot worth returning to in this area!

Natalie our server was excellent and the restaurant was crazy busy! (It took 10 minutes to find parking and 2 hours on the wait-list!) More attentive than typical restaurant experience.
Ft. Worth ribeye was excellent. Ribs are very good. Fries were just ok. Not super hot and not crispy.
Deducted 1 star for atmosphere as I didn’t like that there were advertisements for other businesses. However, they are for local businesses.

Really great experience at TR. My order was delivered precisely as I wanted. The taste was delicious, plus free refills on soft drinks. The peanuts and bread buns are awesome to complement your meal. I went for lunch with friends and the place was not crowded at all. We received excellent attention from the staff.

We’ve always enjoyed the steaks here, however, this time my medium-rare sirloin was so tough I couldn’t chew it. My husband’s well-done NY strip was tasteless. Our sides, especially the salads were delicious. Maybe a bad batch of steaks? Our waitress was great and all the staff were friendly, although it was very busy for a Thursday evening.

Our ribeyes were delicious as always. First time at this location, while home for the holidays.
We were sat in Allie’s section and she was fantastic! She was extremely attentive, pleasant, and helpful. We also had a visit from Alyssa the manager, very sweet and running a very smooth shift. All the staff seemed happy.
One other thing we liked at this location was how the hostess greeted us, walked us over to the case and asked if we’d like to pick out our own steak, while she also grabbed some warm rolls for us. My TR in Pigeon Forge /Gatlinburg, TN doesn’t do that.
We’re concerned about Allie wanting to go to school to be a cop but if she ever pulls over my lead-foot mother for speeding, we’re yelling REMEMBER WADDLE TEXAS ROADHOUSE and maybe she’ll let us off with a warning.

If you get there when they first open you’ll be able to get in and out quickly. I’ve never personally had a bad experience with them. The food has always been hot, correct, and flavored well. The servers are always clean and smiling. Now if you get there after 530 in the evening you will be waiting to get in. Definitely recommend getting on the wait list for them. But definitely worth a stop for a good bite to eat.

I had my all time favorite which is ribs. They were uneven “half slabs” with one half not even looking like babyback ribs. They were tough and loaded with fat. Usually they fall off the bone and the fat is cooked away. They tried to replace them with ribs that were so tough that the huge steak knife could not cut through them. Also the couple bites I ate had zero flavor. Extremely disappointing. The rolls and salad and potato was fine and the service was good. The server can’t help what’s going on the kitchen. The manager seemed oblivious to what I was saying. Unless there is new management of the kitchen I won’t be back.
