This review is to inform the employees to cook the chicken wraps properly. Just because it’s hot outside does not mean it’s cooked well. Three times in a row , I was served cold uncooked chicken wraps which I got on my way to work. Please take your time cooking the food you serve.

We get food here once in awhile and it’s not great. Shelves are always largely empty and the food is never cooked well. Today we were in a hurry so we stopped in and after getting home and starting to eat my son starts choking on something in his grilled cheese sandwich. They literally left a sheet of plastic inside the sandwich, burned into the cheese. Obviously humans can’t digest plastic/paper products so my son having eaten a few bites of it before choking on it is a major problem.

Aside from the fact that they have flies flying around, I went to grab a Box of O Joe before work and the price is advertised as one thing yet I was charged a different price, when I asked, they lady said, “Oh the price went up overnight.” I then asked to speak to the manager and it was the same thing. Dunkin Donuts needs to do better. One worker then tried to take the price down after; what sense did that make if you guys weren’t honoring the advertised price.

Ordered latte 2 days in a row. Coffee cup was only got 75% full. Its $4 for a medium size latte. Sure there’s foam for a latte, but it’s incredibly less than normal volume!

My food was good and Served Promptly, The staff was pleasant. The bathroom was dirty with rusted water on the floor, etc. Wish the parking lot was a little larger, too.

I absolutely really do like this dunkin donuts location. They are very quick, very friendly, and handle busy times very well also! Absolutely recommend this location over other local coffee locations. Love that there is a drive through option as well! Makes getting coffee so much mire convenient!

I have to say that I am very upset with this location in terms of ordering online and picking up. So far I have done it 3 times and all 3 times the order was messed up. This is the last time I am ordering online from this place. I love caramel lattes and the 3 times I ordered they put cinnamon on the top. I hate cinnamon. I didn’t ask for it. I looked at my orders from the past and in all the orders I was very specific what I wanted. They ALWAYS put cinnamon. Why? I bought 2 donuts, specifically ordered strawberry frosting and chocolate frosting. They were both chocolate. If they didn’t have strawberry they should have notified me. I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but 4 times in a row messing up is a bit too much. The sandwiches were fine. Its always the coffee.
