First time ever had a Texas Roadhouse came in from canada. Food was amazing like I mean the steak was out of this world and the ribs were super good. They had the cinnamon butter which was really really good. The place was full of life and full of families and it created a really nice atmosphere. The only issue I really had was the service and that it took forever to get our waiters attention and our waiter didn’t really seem all to inclined to keep us posted on what’s going on. In that when we needed water or wanted more bread we didn’t get any because we couldn’t get ahold of our waiter. But aside from that the food was really good I really can’t blame them though cuz the place was super busy but still I felt like we were forgotten.

Very busy on Saturday nights so I won’t fault the quality of the steaks. They were dry and my sides were cold. I am going to try another night during the week when it’s not so busy. The service was excellent along with the staff.

I don’t write reviews, however we had a large party of around 14 not that long ago and our server Natalie was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She served our whole table with ease and was always attentive, friendly, and funny, which kept everyone in a great mood! She also made sure the kids were included, which I feel is so rare at a restaurant (some servers ignore kids). She made sure our drinks stayed full and our steaks were perfect. To top it all off she sang an awesome loud birthday for our little girl and that really made our nights. We’ll definitely be asking for her next time!

I have had a mixed experience but most recently we went again and it was amazing. My fiancée ordered her usual salmon and it was just perfect. Order was just right. I think they shuffled some managers around and they made some improvements. Very good!

We wouldn’t care except for the fact thst the person how didnt touch thier burger enemies up with a half burgert. And everyone else just got who knows whose burger. I called in the order. My cell phone was dead. I arrived very early so I knew my food was not ready so I checked in with the hostess and told them I would be a few feet away in the bar. After waiting 45 minutes I asked about my order and it had been sitting at the hostess stand for over 20 minutes! Now my dinner is cold! I didn’t order online for a reason and a text message should not be a requirement for service!
Update: Texas Roadhouse corporate did reach out to me and apologized. They also gave me a gift certificate for a future visit. I am satisfied with the response. It was an unfortunate situation where the hostess failed to connect the takeout order in front of her with the person that had checked in with her earlier. I love their food and I won’t let one disappointing experience define my opinion.

Texas Roadhouse is always a go-to for us when we’re undecided. The rolls are delicious and dangerous cause you can’t stop eating them if you’re a bread addict like me! Although I’ve had my steak not cooked to my liking in the past, I’m never disappointed when we dine there.
