We ordered 5 medium well meals. They gave us 5 medium rare. 1 person ate it with no problem. I took two bites before I realized it was raw as did my wife my dUfhter took one bite and the 4th person did not touch it.
The managerwas pleasantafyer the lo g wair what they gave us were our burgers with the bites cut off and recooked. We wouldn’t care except for the fact thst the person how didnt touch thier burger enemies up with a half burgert. And everyone else just got who knows whose burger. And the though of eating someone else’s burger was disgusting

Deeply Unsatisfied
We ordered five medium-well meals, but all five came out medium-rare. One person ate theirs without issue, but the rest of us quickly realized our food was undercooked — I took two bites before noticing, my wife did the same, my daughter took one bite, and the fourth person didn’t touch theirs at all.
After a long wait, the manager was pleasant, but the “replacement” meals were clearly just our same burgers — with the bitten parts cut off and recooked. Not only is that unappetizing, but the person who didn’t touch their burger ended up with only half of one when it came back.
It’s unacceptable and frankly disgusting to think we might have been served pieces of each other’s food
Update: Texas Roadhouse corporate did reach out to me and apologized. They also gave me a gift certificate for a future visit. I am satisfied with the response. It was an unfortunate situation where the hostess failed to connect the takeout order in front of her with the person that had checked in with her earlier. I love their food and I won’t let one disappointing experience define my opinion.
I appreciate the apology very much. Thank you.
