The food is usually great. I went in for an NY style steak and had to have it taken back 2 times to be cooked more. I waited almost 30 minutes after everyone else had been served and ate their meals. The waiter was great. My meal was taken off for the inconvenience of not being able to eat a proper dinner.

The food at this location is 5 stars…. I have to take off 1 star for 3 things. The bathroom was filthy which makes me wonder about the kitchen. Secondly when busy and the 3 times I have been it’s very congested and hard to even get to your table and I’m only 155 pounds. Third and most importantly the wait is fine but most have to stand outside or just completely block the entrance. This location is connected to a near abandoned mall and seems to be the biggest attraction. The owner needs to lease more space and add a larger wait area as well as space out the tables so people don’t run over each other.

Very busy which was great to see at 4 p.m. on a Sunday! Service was good and good was also good! Bathrooms were a little dirty and wet along with the floor. Was waiting to see someone fall to be honest. Was very glad to see that no one did. Whomever trains the servers did a great job!

So we had a party of 11, we called ahead even though they don’t do reservations. We let them know we were coming. We waited 10 minutes for our seats which isn’t bad at all. We get take to our seats. 2 separate tables ……….why would a party of 11 want 2 tables. Even more so this was a reunion of sorts where the family hadn’t seen each other in over 30 years. There was catching up to do. 2 separate tables glad we took the effort to let them know for it to just not matter.

We went on a Tuesday evening, so there wasn’t a wait to be seated. Our waiter was in training, so we had 2. The trainer and the trainee were awesome. To my surprise, the trainee made the extra effort to check on us several times on his own. Plus at least 3 others checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Before I get into the food, I need to explain that when we go out, we do not look like big tippers. In fact, the opposite is true,so if we are treated well, it is genuine. On to the food. For appetizers, we ordered the cactus blossom and snake bites. Both were excellent. I’ve had a lot of bad misses with the cactus blossoms in the past, either not fried long enough and having uncooked batter to not drained properly and way too greasey. This one was perfect. I normally get the sirloin, but this time, I decided on the rib eye. I get my steaks medium rare, which is the hardest to achieve. Simply sitting in the warmer lights can overcook it. It was perfect. My son ordered one of the burgers, which was huge. My husband ordered a half rack of ribs. Ribs are something I’m picky about. They should be easy to pull apart but firm enough that they just don’t fall apart. Once again, perfection. This Texas Roadhouse brought back my faith from 2 very bad experiences I’ve had at this restaurant in the past. Kudos to the staff and cook!

Fast seating and service was good. Always love the biscuits and butter. Our meals were good got a smothered chicken and my husband a stake. Felt the toppings were skimpy on the chicken and baked potato.

Dinner was wonderful. We were greeted by a very kind and friendly lady I believe her name was Kelsey. Our waitress tori was great as well. There was no wait time and we were seated immediately. In addition the rolls we smackin as they always are. The Caesar salad was a 10 / 10 and our entrees were even better. Dinner was so good we left with the plates clean.

We always have good food at Texas Roadhouse. I was a little disappointed that I ordered my steak medium well instead of just medium. There was no pink in it at all and it was a bit tougher, but that was my fault.
