We’ve been to the Henrietta Roadhouse a couple times. It’s been hit or miss. So we figured we’d try the Greece location. Our server Tanis was awesome and very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend sitting in his section. And anyone that knows me, knows how particular I am about my steak. My 11oz sirloin was PERFECT!!! Compliments to the chef times 100!!!

Greece location is better than the Henrietta location but both are pretty much the same. Always well staffed but sometimes you get a server that stands out and sometimes you get meh. The food is always good but the rolls can vary. The staff hustles and it shows by the turnover and wait times. You get good value for your money and you shouldn’t leave hungry and usually with leftovers.

I placed my order and it was ready within fifteen minutes, very pleased! My order was a “To go” order, the server was very friendly, pleasant and smiling, when she brought the food out to the car. When I arrived home, my order was missing a blues cheese and I ordered sweet tea and lemonade half and half, a gallon. Sadly my tea wasn’t sweet! This would’ve been a five star review unfortunately I wasn’t happy to not receive all items correctly. Keep up the exceptional customer service!

They now have peanuts back, you just have to ask for them. The bathrooms were clean. The appetizers are delicious. And also their biscuits with whipped cinnamon butter is fantastic! Nice steak place if you’re trying to go out and have a nice dinner without spending a lot of money.

What can I say, other than they are simply the best for our steak dinner needs. Delicious steaks, cooked and seasoned to perfection. Served by a friendly, efficient and entertaining staff. Call ahead seating is recommended, so is every item on the menu . Not a bad choice anywhere on the menu.
