We had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse, and I really want to recognize Lily, the floor manager. We had a small issue with one of our dishes — nothing major, just one of those things that can happen in a busy kitchen. We completely understand that mistakes happen.
What truly made the difference was Lily’s response. She approached us with a genuine smile, listened carefully, and handled the situation with understanding and professionalism. There was no defensiveness — just empathy and an immediate effort to make it right. That kind of attitude can completely turn around what might otherwise be a frustrating moment.
When you’re out trying to enjoy a good evening, the last thing you want is stress over a plate. Having someone who understands that and fixes the issue quickly and kindly really matters. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed.
Lily made our entire experience worth coming on here and leaving a positive review. We truly appreciate her and the care she showed us. We’ll definitely be back.

For a chain steakhouse, we were very satisfied with the food and service. Despite going on a busy Saturday night, the food came out fast. The food is not winning any awards, but everything we ordered was better than expected. I’d gladly come back.

I just picked up a large family order from Texas Roadhouse, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Mya from Car Side To-Go. She was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a big smile and made sure everything in my order was perfect before I left. She double-checked that I had everything I needed — and even went out of her way to grab me extra butter (which, let’s be honest, is essential when you’ve got those legendary rolls).
It’s rare to see someone take that much care and pride in what they do, especially during a busy dinner rush. Mya made the whole experience quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. She definitely deserves recognition for her awesome attitude and attention to detail.

The best spot I’ve visited in Rochester! It starts with warm buns and cinnamon butter, then a ribeye with grilled shrimp stole the show. The classic margarita with top‑shelf liquor was perfect. Huge portions, fair prices, friendly staff, and even a tablet with games while you wait, such a great experience all around!

My fiance and I had a fantastic date here! Despite the many people, our wait was just a couple of minutes. Our server windy was very personable and tentative with everything-making it a great experience. I got the country fried chicken and my date got the sirloin and ribs (GF as well) and they were delish! All the food we got was at such a great price too. Will definitely dine again!

Alyssa is amazing! We came in at 930 and told her we would just order and take it to go. We had just come into town for a competition, so we were super late. We knew they closed at 10 and didn’t want to be those people who came in late and stayed. She was nothing but nice to us. She told us to stay and it wouldn’t bother her at all. She said she still had a ton of stuff to do. So, us staying would be no imposition to her in any way.
The food and service were great as always. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a decently priced good meal.

A steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse is always worth it. My server (Brandon) was running the bar area alone and was a Rockstar! He made sure everyone was taken care of and happy with everything. He checked on me multiple time, even with a full bar.
