I was disappointed with the food I received during my recent visit to Texas Roadhouse. While I usually enjoy my meals there, this time around, the broccoli I ordered wasn’t good. I asked for the cheese to be melted, but it was just sprinkled on top. Even though I asked for the cheese not to be pullable, it was when I picked up my broccoli. However, I did enjoy the bread, which was delicious as usual.

Great place. We love Texas Roadhouse but this particular location goes above and beyond and never disappoints. This time we had Rattlesnake Bites for appetizer – yummy and spicy! And we shared Sirloin Beef Tips cooked medium with house salad and mashed potatoes – everything was great. Our server Ryan was very nice and attentive, and we received our food within 15-20 minutes of ordering! We also ordered some drinks – their special margarita and peach cocktail. Drinks were ok but kind of pricey.

not the type to write reviews but this one was needed! I am a frequent visitor to this location, considering it’s our favorite spot to hit on the way home from the shore. We were greeted by a sweet waitress, but when we walked to our seating there was a hold up because a large family was blocking the way and food was being handed out. We waited patiently, after we were seated. My man and I were talking and i realized no one came to our table. I waited against patiently, then realized it was almost 20mins! It was a very busy day in there, so when I was about to ask someone an employee had noticed we were waiting and took charge. This waitress went above & beyond, and she wasn’t our assigned waitress. The assigned waiter later came over and apologized which I think was a very respectful trait, I understand everyone has bad days. Our bill was completely comped, and I was very thankful considering it was my birthday! This situation was taken care of in such a great way. Thank you Texas roadhouse & staff!!

From start to finish, everything was great. Jess, the bartender waitress, was great courteous and upbeat service with a beautiful smile. My steak was cooked perfect, mashed potatoes with gravy and the house salad complemented the meal. Great service and great meal. Will be coming back Soon. We came in for dinner tonight with a rather large party (14 people to be exact) to celebrate a birthday! Knowing how challenging (and even annoying) large parties can be I could not say enough good things about our serve Alysa! She was very attentive and kinda during our whole visit! The food was delicious and she was quick to help with anything we needed at any time! Extremely thankful for the GREAT service we received tonight and could not be happier! Thank you Alysa… you rock!

I want to add the staff and service is good and friendly here! Atmosphere is nice and chill. Food is decent. They need to cut their version of the blooming onion up a little more as it was really hard to pull apart, but it still taste good!

Food, service and price were all very good. My take away from the experience was very mixed. This is TEXAS Roadhouse, in mine and many other peoples eyes, a symbol of the lone star state. So I’ve been trying to figure out WHY, if all things to neglect, the American flag that stands atop this building is torn to shreds and hanging to the pole by a few thin shreds?
