We had a delicious time. Here we go again. Its Bill Birthday 78 years Marine. Im Army. Bill vietnam veteran who served two years in vietnam. It was a honor to treat Bill at Texas Roadhouse restaurant. The waitress was unbelievably pleasant to talk to. She was a professional and knowledgeable and most of all Beautiful. We thank her for her services. The food was “Outstanding” from the moment we walked in Texas Roadhouse. We was treated with the upmost Respect. Keep up the excellent hard work Texans Roadhouse. You guys are Super Awesome. We keep on Serving Even Out Of Uniform.

After a long day of snowboarding my boyfriend and I stopped in after he told me he’s never been to Texas road house, there was a hour wait but the staff moves so fast we waited 20 mins max! All the food came out delicious and our sever was very sweet and so was the rest of the staff! 100% recommend will definitely be coming back!

Great overall restaurant and dining experiences. Outstanding, A+ service provided by Brandon (awesome server). Food is always hot, fresh, very reasonably priced, and delicious. Repeat business. Good idea to call and get your name/number on the wait list, as it can get very busy (Rt. 22), especially on weekends! We will return again. Highly recommended to all.

Waitress was friendly and attentive, checked in frequently what we ordered tasted good. No complaints, rib meat fell off bone, blooming onion crispy and flavorful, loaded potato good size and tasty. Sangria margarita on the rocks was good next time will order frozen. We dis wait to be seated but it wasnt a long wait and there was an area to sit away from door so we didn’t get hit with the cold when people were arriving and leaving.

We were seated and briefly greeted by our server, who took our drink and food orders. After that, she essentially disappeared. About 10–15 minutes later the food arrived, and it was wrong across the board. The shrimp appetizer was so salty it was practically inedible, the sides were incorrect, and the meat was overcooked to the point of being rubbery.
What made the situation worse was that after the food was dropped off, we didn’t see our server again for 40 minutes. No check-in, no drink refills, nothing. We were sitting there with incorrect food getting colder by the minute while the server was nowhere to be found. Eventually I had to get up from the table myself and go find the manager because no one ever came back.
By the time the manager came over, the food — which was already wrong and barely edible — was completely cold. Then the manager had the audacity to ask if I wanted a replacement. Replace it with what? Another 30–40 minute wait while we sit there starving again?
We ended up wasting an entire hour in the restaurant for nothing, not to mention the 30-minute drive there and another 30 minutes back. That’s two hours of our time gone because someone couldn’t do their job. Completely unacceptable service and a total waste of time.

Take away order. Was prepared on time, everything was hot and delicious as always. Totally love the ribs! And who doesn’t love the rolls?

The manager Tyler and my waitress Bri were on it!! Exceptional service, they actually pick up on a issue with my food before I noticed! They ensure my plate was perfect and that I was please with everything. Where else can you get this kind of attention to detail. I LOVE THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER the steaks are delicious and the servers are amazing. I only wish they serve lobster. But other than no lobster this place is great for a group dinner. Their drinks are great try the top shelve LIT.
