I had a really stressful situation with my grandmother and the manager of the kingsville location really pulled through and was so helpful. The young man that delivered the pizza was so sweet.

Also started freaking out because I paid with a 50 and had to call a manager for help. I don’t come here often and I don’t think I’ll be back tbh
To my disappointment, I sat at the pick-up window for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. Several employees were clearly visible inside the store—some even made eye contact—but no one came to the window. There were no customers inside and no other cars in line, so it’s hard to understand why my presence was completely ignored.
After waiting far too long with no service, I left without my order due to the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I called the store afterward to inform them I would not be picking up the order. The only response I received was, “Oh, sorry about that. Thanks for letting us know.” No apology, no offer to make it right—just a dismissive response.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I’ve never had issues with this location before. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better service moving forward.
