Honestly a great experience other than the wait! Our servers name was Katie, she was genuinely was so sweet! It was my first time at a Texas roadhouse, and they brought over some samples of their sides which was super nice of them! The food was pretty good! The only part was the wait. I would defo recommend going on the website and doing the wait list a decent amount of time before you come in. But overall great service and a great experience

I went a few days ago to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend and we both had a great experience. The service was terrific, Abie was our waitress and was very accommodating and refilled the steak sauce when she noticed it was low. The food was delicious, I ordered the New York Strip Steak, medium rare and got exactly that. The cocktails were good as well. At the end, Abie even brought out a cup of ice cream on the house which was very thoughtful. Overall a great experience! I’m sure we’ll be back again in the near future!

I hate to complain, but something has to be said about the service. First off, the waiter was amazing and very nice. I wish I caught her name. However, I ordered a chicken caesar salad which should not take long to make. All of the food came out before my salad including my boyfriend’s ribs and the waitress still could not find my salad and assured me that they were making it. 15 minutes later there was still no salad in sight. Finally, the manager come out with my salad apologizing for the long wait and I kindly asked her to box up the salad at this point because I was full from bread and sides. They boxed up the salad which they promised they would put the dressing on the side. I got home and opened the box and the dressing was still on the salad and the chicken was burnt and dry. I have had Texas Roadhouse caesar salads multiple times and they have never looked like this. I understand restaurants get busy on a Saturday night, but serving salads that look like this and taking 45 minutes to make a salad is unacceptable.

Honestly, my experience at texas roadhouse is the best texan restaurant experience I have ever been to. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was amazing, and the service was just breathtaking. I had to wait for only 2 or 3 minutes, not a long time. Do you think a 12 year old can eat a 20 ounce bone-in ribeye? Well I can. I also ordered boneless buffalo wings. I ate like only 4 bread rolls and they were just out of the world with the cinnamon butter side. And for dessert, I ordered a apple pie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce at the top. Overall I think this restaurant is a very good restaurant for Texans and cowboys to eat at.

I’m sure most customers go to Texas Road house for steak or ribs.My wife always enjoys her steak but I’m note a steak person.I usually get one of your chicken choices but tonight I got the fish and chips.I was really impressed with my choice.The fish was white,tender and fresh.I didn’t expect it to be so delicious on the count it’s a steak house.You guys knocked it out of the park.

My wife and I dined here for lunch on Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere was Texas country, the service was excellent and the food was great. Anjelina did a fantastic job as our waitress. She hustled the entire time to provide superb service. We started with hot buttered rolls, followed by house salads that were fresh and crispy. My six ounce sirloin was cooked just the way I like and the baked potato had plenty of butter and sour cream. My wife enjoyed her grilled shrimp. It was an excellent lunch.
