FIANLLY I was able to stop and try this out! Let me tell you, it didnt disappoint at all. Was met at the order counter by the sweetest girl! Very kind and helpful! I told her I was first timer ha ha..
Ordered the sampler/ ribs, chicken and brisket with collards and coleslaw to take home and a smoked turkey sandwich for the ride over the river.
Was very tasty along with the bbq sauces!

I ordered the double decker sandwich with onion rings, the hangover burger with BBQ beans, and the shrimp basket with fries. The wait time was about 40 minutes even though the restaurant didn’t seem busy, which felt longer than expected. On the positive side, the waitress was respectful, polite, and had good manners.
After eating, I’d say the double decker sandwich was just okay, nothing special. The onion rings unfortunately didn’t hit for me. The hangover burger was pretty good and filling, and the BBQ beans were honestly the standout and really flavorful. The shrimp was good, and the fries were solid.
Overall, it was a mix of hits and misses. The long wait held things back, but there were definitely some good items. I’m kind of on the fence. I might give it another try someday and hope for a smoother experience.

Loved the place. We were just travelling from South to our Pennsylvania. We are so glad that our map application just sent us on this road. Instead of sitting in traffic on I-95 trying to pass Washington, this road and area was so nice and beautiful. Surrounded by nature. It gives you an impression that you are in the middle of the park having a BBQ. You can go inside too. But it was crowded. Which tells you that locals love the place. But we ordered out and stayed outside where they have nice area with tables and covers. Ribs, onions and fries were awesome. Service was very nice. I marked the place on my app to come back when I travel back to Florida again.

Found this place driving home from Florida. Wasn’t expecting much. We were very pleasantly pleased with lunch. I had a salad with pulled pork, it was very good ( low carb diet ) Husband had a brisket and pulled pork sandwich, bbq beans and mac and cheese, he ate every last bite! The place isn’t fancy or upscale, but if your looking for decent bbq and friendly staff come here. There also is ice cream available.

This is a serious meat eaters paradise. Friendly staff feels like family. It’s not fancy but the food is the attraction. Excellent steak, brisket and killer ribs. Great sauces and sides. Everything was fresh and the coleslaw is house-made. Go if you’re truly hungry. They even have an ice cream store inside (and for takeout).

Ordered a pound of brisket for $30 dollars, complete waste of my money. No flavor at all, ordered Mac and cheese, collards as my sides. Absolutely no flavor at all. Ordered the baby back ribs and shrimp skewers $28 dollars… Ribs were ok only if you dipped them in barbecue sauce, and the shrimp will probably make me sick by morning being they didn’t clean the poop of them. Just all around trash… I’m really sick of all these lack luster restaurants in southern Md.

Very nice staff.. we showed 30 min b4 closing. Ribs were tender and smoked well. I was craving a big yummy burger and they delivered! Ice cream cone was thick and creamy.

Great barbecue at a reasonable price. I stopped in while passing through for their baby back ribs. Fantastic dinner with a courteous staff. Menu is full of tasty items for anyone that is hungry for solid barbecue. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through visiting.
