I came here for lunch with a friend. It wasn’t too busy and we were able to be seated as soon as we walked in. It smelled nice inside and looked taken care of. The server was great, no issues. We ordered the beef nachos as an appetizer and then I got the Tex Mex Fajitas and my friend got some kind of taco dish. We both thought it was good. My chicken dish was a bit saltier than I would have liked but not a big deal.

Came here to try their Birria tacos and was not disappointed so good. Fajita shrimp salad was OK. The dip for the Tacos was so flavorful and authentic, not spicy, just right. Really enjoyed and would definitely be back.

We absolutely love Texas Mexican Restaurant! Anna, Daniella, and their parents run their small business restaurant impeccably. Their food is delicious and made to order. The food is authentically home-style cooking. The service is always attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is casual, relaxing, and fun. We even take advantage of their reasonably priced midweek lunch specials. Our favorite food items are chicken tortilla soup, shrimp fajita, chille relleno, and chicken enchilada. We always feel right at home when dining here.

The food was excellent. While the food is on the pricier side of things, I can assure that it is absolutely worth every dime. Waitress was very easy going as we waited for our party to arrive and gave us no problem after we stayed slightly past their closing. Definitely intend on going back soon. I ordered a chimichanga with chicken and steak for reference!

Have been coming here for years and this is by far the best TexMex around. Wonderful family run restaurant that always goes the extra mile to satisfy everyone. They have been accommodating my special requests for years. Food is wonderful, portions are big and always made to feel welcome. Highly recommend coming in for a meal, lunch or dinner, it’s all good!

Very nice staff and the food is presented so meticulously. Everything is delicious each time we go. Definitely recommended. We have been ordered food here for over 5 years and never had a bad meal. It’s always presented on the plate neatly, unlike some other restaurants with similar type of good. I would confidently call this one of the best restaurants in freehold for food quality and happy service with a smile.

I didn’t know this was a thing until I looked around Freehold borough. It turns out, they have top tier Mexican food! Their chicharron was plentiful and flavorful! I ordered their tacos and they didn’t disappoint. Everything was great and the service was helpful!
