I’m not upset just disappointed. I ordered the chicken fried chicken but ended up being served chicken fried steak instead. Our waitress did bring out the correct chicken fried chicken afterward, but I didn’t realize until I had nearly finished it that the chicken was very undercooked. We showed our waitress, and they basically made our meal free, which I appreciated but it still doesn’t excuse the lack of proper cooking. I’m honestly worried I might get sick from it. On a positive note, the green beans were good though.

Finally, a real Texas steak that exceeded my expectations. Oh, the crust on this medium rare stake was so nicely done! My salad was cut perfectly, the green beans were a Southern dream, and the mixed mushrooms and onion rings appetizer was perfect. My peach cobbler was simply delicious. Thank you, Zoe!

First time to eat here on Friday. Will definitely be back! Fried mushroom appetizer was top-notch, and the egg roll appetizer was awesome! Filet with grilled asparagus was delicious, and the margarita was nice, too! Ask to sit in Luke’s section!

We ate here when we were camping near Centerville. I think the downtown area is super quaint and this restaurant fits that feel. All of our food was good and perfectly cooked. Service was what I call country friendly…which the world needs more of in my opinion. Thanks for offering yummy food, you should be proud.

We eat here every year after the Renaissance Festival. The hamburgers are charbroiled and taste great! We got fried pickles and they tasted awesome. Great place to eat!

Food wasn’t bad or great. Steaks came out cooked to temp, which was great, but lightly seasoned and char grilled to the point that you couldn’t taste anything really other than the taste from the char. The shrimps were good, and so we’re 5he southwest egg rolls. Service was great, just the price of the steak with the taste doesnt quite match up.

Owner came by my work had a chat, gave me a gift card to visit. Drove 50ish minutes to drive here and let me tell you. It was well worth it! I am gonna drive from college station to eat here again. Good margaritas, they cook steak right and exactly how you ask. Prices are fair. And who said you can’t get things cheap, fast and good? They haven’t been here, 5 out of 5 stars.
