Typical hood rat POSs working there. I can’t stand the chick that takes your order asked if she can take your order with such a attitude you want to just pull off immediately. I would fire this woman ASAP as she’s probably making you lose a lot of business making customers feel like they’re a hassle. Never will I return again. Can’t rate the food because I ordered online and was told by the idiot lady that it would take 10 minutes to process through the system, and I was on a time constraint for work. I have a feeling she just didn’t want to be bothered to work. I clearly stated my name at the beginning of the order but she said with the attitude you have to have a name for the order. She just doesn’t listen and then wants to blame it on others. Literally the scourge of the Earth avoid at all costs. Last time they shorted me an item an entire sandwich and I couldn’t even be bothered to go back because I just didn’t want to deal with their BS anymore. It was worth just cutting my loss.

Food was missing, but staff was kind. Some of the fried foods were stuck together which doesn’t allow them to fully cook. Probably a good thing they don’t make fresh foods here.

My son ordered a Big King. Got a tiny burger with only one patty. Returned to the store and was told that it was a Big King. It was just a regular burger. My son has Aspergers. I can’t help but feel that they were taking advantage of him. Never going back and complained to corporate.

They seemed short staffed. Chairs were still on the tables. Rugs on top garbage cans so difficult to toss things. One person running counter and drive up. So slow service.

If you can guess that’s tea, you have issues. Don’t know what tea is or looks like as straight raw tea. On top of that, bad customer service, straight monotone low-voice talkers who get irritated when you have to ask them to speak up multiple times. Got multiple parts of the order wrong (part of a bigger order). Just not good. I’m sus of the food at this rate but money was spent and I gotta eat and it’s decent so a giving 2 star.

Ordered chicken bacon meal To go ate the fries open the sandwich to a single whopper. Went back inside and had no help was given a hard time cause I didn’t notice the incorrect sandwich. Will never eat burger King again. Staff were very rude and refused to help.
