I frequent this place and each time the food is fabulous! I had the chicken and shrimp yellow rice bowl, and will get it again! I got a small, but it was still a good size portion. The beef pie was on point and the tropical punch slushy did that! They have the same bowl but you can try it with tipp potatoes. I’m going to try that next time maybe with steak, and mix up my slushy.

Hey good people. It’s your girl T.Good back with another review for you. It took me a minute to rate this place due to some mixed feelings. I had been ordering from this place for over a year now. It was great!! Food was always on point. Never any issues until last week. Placed an order over $70… Used Door Dash due to day after NYE, wanted to chill. Order came sooner than expected but cool!! Started to open food up and I’m like where is the meat for the Philly , all I had was bread and some of the toppings I requested. Pizza Puffs orders are wrong, Gyro had more sauce than meat . Looked at the receipt and what I ordered was correct but what was sent was totally wrong. I called of course, explained the situation and was told I have to come up there!! Was told they would remake the food that was not right!?! So the food that was right will be cold by the time I come there and return home We will give you a 2 liter soda and a dessert for the inconvenience! I decided to go up there not for the inconvenience freebies but the principal of over $70 being spent at an establishment that did not appreciate that!! Needless to say, the Cashier was cool. He did offer an apology and decided to do my whole order over. Meaning I waited another 40 minutes! Gyro was still sauced out. And did not leave with the freebies! By this place representing my hometown Chicago I would have loved to give them a 5. However, in the Chi, if your order is messed up, you get a do over plus additional food. Maybe that’s why they left there . I will not take away the fact the food is good. However, when I know I have broke bread with an establishment for over a year and to not get a reasonable accomadation on their mess up, I fall back. Disappointing because I really do not like leaving bad reviews but not disappointed on the Truths I speak. A good take away for places like this, don’t get to high on your horse and forget that when you started out, it was folk like myself and family gave you a chance! ☺️ Apologies if the review was long, but when I started this review I did state mixed feelings I added a photo just for receipt purposes! Shout out to Jamil for the awesome service – if you’re in the mood for a Philly steak, loaded fries (shrimp and steak), and wings, I highly recommend not sleeping on this hidden gem. The food was amazing.

TRASH! This place has declined drastically and inequality. This is the 2nd time our wings have been fried in old grease and overcooked with a burnt taste. Save your money!

Took forever to not even be hot or fresh. Asked for okra, got fries. Coleslaw portion very small, and was watery. Fish is very bland. Shrimp was just ok. Won’t be back.

My only complaint would be we waited a good five minutes and had lots of eye contact when we arrived but were not greeted. I chalked it up to the guy just being busy, cause they were. Food was great! We had chicken tender dinners, the tenders were huge and delicious!! Fries were amazing, we easily could have shared a meal between us but we just had leftovers for lunch the next day and still delicious! Finding chicken strips to meetup cravings is hard but this place had it spot on! Not soggy, chicken was still moist, bit of crunch but not too much!

Got the whole wings 15 with lemon pepper. They were fire . Definitely a spot to hit up if you’re going or hosting a get together. Made fresh when you order. I picked up some catfish for my cousin and she inhaled it, that’s how good it was. Check em out if you’re in that side of Fort Worth

The wings were good but small and the lemon cake was cut the same size as the cheesecake I thought that was very skimpy. You guys can do better for the price. Way over priced for the size of the meal. Just my honest opinions.

Jamil and his family are the sweetest people. They have been and still are the best host. They are always available to go in detail about whatever food you’re interested in. I love the jumbo shrimp, which is usually my go to. I also like the chiclken wings tossed with their signature “crack” sauce. l highly recommend you come through. Ya boy Jamil is exactly who he thinks he is. He’s that guy.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
