Updated: just went through and am surprised at how the manager handles issues.
Go through the drive through, place my order. At the first window I pay and they say all gold so I pull forward. At the next window they say the charge didnt go through. I check my bank app and I dont see a charge either. So, no problem, I pay again. This time the charge shows in my bank immediately, and it goes through. We’ll as im driving home i get a notification, and they first charge finally went through. Again this isn’t a big deal, I figure I’ll show them both charges on my bank and get a refund for one. The manager says No, they have to wait for both charges to go through, and then they will refund me so it will be a few days at least. I show the manager my bank transactions that prove they charged me twice and both have been deducted from my account. Now at this point its a ten dollar charge, and iv proven both charges hit my bank account. The manager still won’t do anything. This is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Iv worked customer service. I given a ten dollar refund just to make a customer happy. Its ten dollars after all. So why is this manager extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, considering I literally showed them both charges that took money from my account? And yes whule I want my ten dollars this isn’t about the money. I cant believe showing a manager literal proof they double charged me resulted in the manager refusing to help a customer when the store obviously made a mistake and was in the wrong.
Dont go here. Dont support managers or companies that dont understand the most basic rules of customer service.
