Our family’s first evening at this churrascaria unfolded like a well-staged performance: a slow, elegant overture of salads and small plates, followed by an unceasing parade of fire-kissed meats carved at the table by poised gauchos. The rodízio format—an all-you-can-eat ritual of tableside carving—imbues the meal with theater and precision, turning each pass of the skewer into a delightful event.
The dining room strikes a balance between civilized restraint and warm conviviality: dressy-casual without pretense, with ample space between tables and a hushed energy that makes conversation feel intimate rather than cramped. The bar program is thoughtfully appointed—featuring wines by the glass and bottle, classic cocktails, and local pours—that offer easy pairings for both the lighter courses and the richer cuts to follow.
Long before the meats arrived, the salad area established the meal’s high standard. More than a conventional buffet, it functioned as a composed antipasto: fine cheeses, charred vegetables, composed salads, smoked salmon, and an array of intriguing items to assemble into small plates. The variety and quality provided a welcome counterbalance to the heavier proteins, with each bite acting as a palate reset.
When the gauchos began their rounds, the meal shifted into glorious excess. The picanha—its exterior rendered to a mahogany bark with a beautifully rosy interior—arrived first and immediately crystallized why it is the house star: it showcased nuanced beefiness, a silken grain, and a finishing salt that lifted its rich flavors without overwhelming them. Lamb chops followed, featuring a restrained char and an herbaceous whisper; each chop was pleasingly succulent, resisting heavy seasoning. The Brazilian sausage was savory and smoky, with a bright and immediate spice profile; the skirt steak and tri-tip offered contrasting pleasures—one with a grainy, robust chew that soaked up chimichurri and the other a tender slice that rewarded slow contemplation.
Interleaved between cuts were essential accompaniments—house-baked cheese bread, silky garlic mashed potatoes, and fried bananas—functioning less as filler and more as complementary refrains in a musical score. Service was attentive without being intrusive: gauchos timed their visits with an easy rhythm, servers anticipated requests, and the pacing allowed our family to sample widely without feeling hurried.
For those seeking both spectacle and substance—a celebratory family dinner where abundance is executed with care—this Town Square churrascaria delivers. The formalities of plating are eschewed in favor of crafted simplicity: exceptional sourcing, skilled fire management, and a level of hospitality that transforms an all-you-can-eat concept into something thoroughly elegant and utterly satisfying. We left feeling sated and enlivened, already planning our return.
We can happily say this is EASILY one of our FAVORITE Brazilian Steakhouses that we’ve visited thus far!
We did make reservations, but they were super busy so we had a little bit of a wait (like 10 min) before being seated. Once seated our waiter Lucas was the best! Super friendly, attentive, making sure we had our drinks full and also checking to see if we needed or wanted certain items sent to our table.
The Gauchos did a pretty decent job at making their way over to us, a couple of them were hard to flag down, but it was nice that the manager also came over to check in and help us get meats sent our way.
Now for the star of the show… the food! WOW! We’ve been to a handful of these places and they’ve now taken the top spot for favorite in our books! Most Brazilian steak houses we’ve experienced the filet mignon, sausages, pork ribs and chicken tend to be pretty dry and underwhelming, but NOT HERE! We were impressed with the snap and flavor of the sausage, the cook and texture of the filet, even the meaty juiciness of the pork ribs!
Some other highlights were the lamp options! In all honesty most lamb is super gamey for me and its hard to find one I enjoy, however, they had so many lamb options to choose from and they all were phenomenal!
The cinnamon sugar bananas and the pineapple carpaccio from the salad bar were INCREDIBLE! Plus their entire salad bar options were just as good as well! They even had lots of different soup varieties.
I wish I had room to order dessert, but decided to pass and enjoyed the bananas as my dessert. So if you can save room or maybe take something home, cause they all looked insanely good!
If you’re in Vegas YOU MUST check them out! Highly recommend! Food quality, service, beautifully decorated inside and variety is unmatched! We’re thinking about driving down to visit their San Antonio Texas location to compare, because they were that good!
