Once, a few years back, this was one of my favorite fast food stops. But several bad managers later and complete turnovers of help along the way it has badly deteriorated. The building needs a remodel badly, a fresh re-start. The current manager seems ok, and I can sympathize with the inability to get and maintain reliable help. And I don’t think the problem is limited to just our local Burger King, that seems to be the normal in all their stores.

Went here on our way be home from Worlds of Fun. Pretty late at night. Ordered a Bacon King Meal. As always, I check all my bags before we make it out of the drive thru. Found we were short a sandwich. I told the woman at the drive thru that we were missing a sandwich and before I could tell her which one, she cut me off and said, “Oh wait I was waiting for that one to be pushed out”. She hands me the sandwich and I go to park. Look at the sandwich and seen it was a whopper jr. The difference was like at least $3.00 difference on the spread between the meals. I went back thru the drive thru heated and calmly explained the issue. The manager said we will remake it but didn’t say they would bring it out to us. No, they wanted us to wait in line. Now there are 4 cars in front of us. Out of fear that they might spit in my food, and I didn’t want to wait a half hour to get my food I left. I will not be going back anytime soon. I do not recommend this restaurant late night.

Love this location. The staff are always so friendly and patient, which is beyond golden in this day and age. I wish I could remember every staff member that I’ve had the pleasure of taking my order, but Becky is a super star for sure! Always making sure our large orders are correct, and our fries are fresh and hot. They have sealed the deal on having my family as repeat customers and that highly recommend this location! Shout out to our local BK! For being short handed this weekend, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good. Lola was our cashier today and she impressed me! She made sure our order was correct before we left the drive through which is a BIG deal! I will definitely be back! Stopped yesterday on the way to KC and should have just kept going. We ordered 2 of their $5 meals with hamburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Bad choice!!

My Family and I decided to stop at this Burger King and our surprise was that it was the worst place we have stop to eat hamburger. Some of the employee’s we’re not wearing any gloves before getting the food and they were doing that after touching there hair or Jean’s . I do not recommend this place at all.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not. It feels like they are working through a lot of changes. One visit, you see improvements and another visit, not so much. But it does seem like they are trying to get to where they want to be.
