Second time ordering. First was a catering order and everyone loved it. We ordered again tonight and got delivery and it was still warm and packaged great. Food is delicious only complaint is the price. for example this the potato didn’t have too much meat or sour cream for 16 or 17 which is high. It definitely didn’t look the picture stacked with meat. The cornbread muffins were 3 for 6 I think 3/4.50-5 is more realistic.
But overall we really like it so 4 stars ⭐️ by the way we love that you make your own stuff and don’t use dyes! keep it up!

The food was really good. Brisket had good flavor. The sides tasted very good as well. The staff members were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great meal. I would definitely go back here.

For years have ordered a potato with sliced brisket, in which I pay more for. Last night got the worst take out in which the person that made it arrogantly argued with me. Only half of potato was in takeout. Where the other half was saposed to be , space was filled in with huge excessive amount of shredded cheese, with no meaty potato underneath. I got the correct amount of brisket, yet no potato to accompany that half. The half side I did get was very small, dry and crumbly. Normally I have to use a knife to cut up, but it was all very dry. I took pictures of it to show the restaurant how very much the cheese was placed to ” fill up” the side with no potato. The girl that made it would not give me their name. I’ve called twice now and have not tecieved a call back, as of yet. The girl defended the potato she made even though I told her I have pictures of all the excessive cheese with no potato underneath. I would just like my money back, and hope potatoes served are up to standard next time.

We have gone several times throughout the years. The outlaw potato has always been a family favorite- However, the last time It did seem as the price had gone up significantly. Myself and Husband just share one so not end of the world. Cornbread has always been moist and delish.

This is my favorite BBQ joint in the whole Rochester area. Best brisket and cornbread ever! The mac and cheese is lip smacking good. And of course EVERYTHING else they serve is phenomenal too! Highly recommend. I’ve been going there for years!

We were in the area, we always love BBQ so we stopped in. There was absolutely no service our food was cold we both got this loaded potato because it came recommend. The cheese never melted the brisket was diced so bad there was no flavor without BBQ sauce. The help behind the counter were more into there own conversations than the guest. I kinda felt like I was bothering them coming in. Never again!

This was my second time ordering. The first time I ordered it was amazing! This time not so much. Both orders were delivery. The first time it was nice and hot when I received it. This time like it was never heated up. I could tell the ribs were cooked but they were cold, the potatoes was ice cold also. The cheese wasn’t even melted. You can’t blame the delivery driver, if anything that cheese would have melted in the container on the drive to Brockport had it been hot. I couldn’t even eat the cold ribs blew it for me. I didn’t even want to try and warm them up. Really unacceptable for the prices charged.

When you enter, head over to the register to order. Once you have ordered, your food will be brought to you. Free refills on fountain drinks; you get your own. Country music, booths and tables, and a restroom. We tried the ribs and the regular sized loaded baked potato topped with brisket. Both our meals came in a to go container the size of a 9×9 baking dish. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning the 2 1/2 hour road trip to eat there again!
