My friends and I sat outside on the patio and had a fantastic dinner together! The menu was extensive, and I had a huge delicious calzone. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us great service!

Extremely overpriced! You’d think this restaurant was ocean front in Miami with those exaggerated prices. You can tell it’s full of inexperienced servers who have no charisma. FYI Pasta Carbonara is NOT a soup and therefore you shouldn’t serve it drowning in sauce! Also you can do better than that boring cold bread you serve. Disappointing. The desserts were terrible too! Everything was bland. The Panna Cotta and the cake were both blah!!

So good. Great experience overall. Owners are on the floor talking with patrons. Making sure they are taken care of, or if they have questions about the menu or simply just being friendly. Food is delicious. Large, shareable portions with leftovers. Will be back to try pizza and many other dishes. The deserts were yummy too. Go early…..they are limited. Tiramisu was gone, so I definitely have to go back.

The food is usually great. But apon entering, you don’t feel welcomed. Like they are doing you a favor to come in and dine. The online site says it closes at 9pm. We went at 8:30 on a Wednesday and was told by the older gentleman the kitchen was closing in 5mins. So we were confused. So can we come in? He said we could do a to go order. We said no thank you and left. Go early or have a reservation.

Worst customer service ever!! Okay first of all we waited 5 minutes without being greeted then a very nice young lady behind the counter said someone would be right with us. There was a couple in front of us and they finally got seated and the server who sat them said that it would be about 5 minutes more. At this point we had been waiting already about 15 minutes. Then I went up to the counter to speak with the nice young lady who is putting together to go orders and the such to ask how long. Then this dark haired woman jumped in and said 25 minutes and I said but the other lady told me it would only be about 5 more minutes & she said she was sorry but that was what it is and the other woman was mistaken. And I said but you two should coordinate what you’re telling customers then I could see her visibly taking a deep breath and losing her patience with my disappointment. I drove a good ways to bring my 10 yr old little girl as a treat and planned to have ice cream after. Well she was tired of hearing my concerns and so disrespectfully walked off on me. The worst part of it all was the young lady said that she was the manager. I get that places are understaffed; but, what I was looking for was “I’m so sorry I’ll work as hard as we can to make this miscommunication right”. But instead I got “ I’ve had a bad day” which I shared that I just found out my Grandmother passed away and we were coming here for comfort and she looked at me like “oh well”. Really it is so very sad and disappointing for what should be a nice local establishment to patronize but the customer service makes it “horrible!”

We had a wonderful dinner catered for our daughter graduation party this past weekend. We had never tried Terra Mia before but the menu looked wonderful. We had the Chicken Alfredo, Baked Ziti and Chicken Marsala. Included bread and salad. Everyone said how great the food was and we were so pleased! We will definitely be back! Michelle was so nice and was so helpful in deciding how much we would need.

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve EVER had in my LIFE. Savored every single bite while the fireworks went off in my soul. I got the Smoked Chicken Ravioli- it was out of this world. I also recommend the Christmas Shine cocktail. Affordable for how much you get! (Especially the lunch prices!) PLEASE go here- you won’t be let down. <3 Owner & staff were amazing. Food was INCREDIBLE. Thank you!!

This was our first time at Terra Mia and it was a great experience! The food was the best in the area, by far! Our service was good, especially considering the number of patrons in the restaurant. The menu was broad but not overwhelming, as was the wine list. I would suggest people skip the other “Italian” restaurants in town and pay Terra Mia a visit! Cheers!
