I ordered through the drive thru on Saturday (10/18) around 12:30pm. My order number was #50 . I ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla no cheese on the outside , bean burrito and a Grilled cheese burrito no cheese on the outside . By the time I had made it home and checked my order I came to realize that the cantina chicken quesadilla was a plain chicken quesadilla. My husband called and was told we could either receive a refund or come back at anytime and they would remake our room. We told them since we lived on the other side of town that we would probably come by the next day and they said that was fine and took down his name . When we tried to go get the remake the next day we were met with rude employees who refused to give us the remake and said there was nothing they could do for us being that the person from the day before hadn’t actually written our information down . They made no effort to reach out the the employee whom told us we could come the next day and get the refund nor look up the order number that we gave them to see if it was in the system they simply refused use .

very good hospitality from shaunda. i ordered the supreme luxe box and other items from the app the night before. the workers forgot to add the chalupa. i called in and explained the situation. shaunda took it seriously notated it and said to come in tomorrow, and she would have them make 2 chalupas to make up for it. she was a woman of her word! got them today. honestly, super impressed by this taco bell. excellent customer service. didn’t complain they just fixed it! thank you again for making it right!

One of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had I love coming here my order is never wrong and the food is always hot and tasty. Whenever I get a craving I’m coming straight to this Taco Bell. While you’re there say hi to Niya she is funny and an incredible employee. She’ll get you your food and put a smile on your face.

We ordered 5 items. We pulled up to the window and paid. The kid took the payment, closed the window and pulled out his phone and started scrolling. We waited and waited and waited. I took a nap. I even had time to dream. I woke up and we still waited and waited and waited. A large woman with glasses came to the window and asked what did we order. My frustrated daughter told her, “Food”. The lady asked if we order 2 cheese roll ups; both add meat, one with pecos sauce, a soft taco, a crunchy taco, and chips with nacho cheese. My daughter responded with, “Yes”. The lady said, “Let me see what the hold up is with your order.” She closed the window and disappeared. There literally was no other customers there in front of us at 11pm. I saw at least 3 employees inside, maybe four. She came back with our food AFTER we waited and waited some more. She said, “I put 3 coupons in your bag for the inconvenience.” Unfortunately, the coupons are for free whatever after we order a regular menu item. Trash. I get home and open my cheese roll up with added beef and pecos sauce and I find 3 barely there cubes of tomatoes, and no cheese that I can see or taste. The soft taco and crunchy taco had a lot of faded looking lettuce with barely there meat, a hint of shredded cheese and I didn’t see any tomatoes. A waste and not satisfying. Save your money or choose Whataburger, McDonald’s, IHOP, Denny’s, 711, a vending machine somewhere, or your fridge at home. So not worth the time or money.

This Taco Bell in Temple is hands down the best Taco Bell in the county! ✨ The store is spotless every time I visit, and even the music selection makes the atmosphere fun and welcoming. The food is always served fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious — you can tell the team takes pride in their work.

This is a fairly new Taco Bell. Very, very clean restaurant in this franchise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. ‘s up for this place. Did not have to wait for some good food. 5 ‘s for this restaurant. Update: 26 April, 2024. So sad to see this place go downhill so fast. I lowered the rating all the way down from 5 ⭐’s to 2 ⭐’s. Ordered a crispy chicken taco and it was anything but. I confronted mgr and was told this is what it is. Floor dirty, no employee cleaning tables; up to us. No tears tion due to the new ordering process. Men’s bathroom smelled and nasty. Sad

So I go into Taco Bell tonight as a Door Dasher to pick up two orders. I waited there about a half an hour for two orders. One order was three items. The other was seven items. This Taco Bell puts mobile orders on the back burner then ignore and or blow off dashers when they are just trying to get the customers food in a timely manner. To call this place fast food is a joke. So if you are ordering door dash from this Taco Bell it will take a while to get your food. God forbid it’s more than one order

VERY BAD. Today I went to buy food and a dark-haired girl refused to sell it to me because I don’t speak English very well and told me to leave. I felt very sad and ashamed in front of everyone. Remember that we are people just like you, and a little empathy wouldn’t hurt. What I felt today is called discrimination, and I don’t wish it on anyone else.

I will never again spend my money in this Taco Bell. I’d rather travel to belton, it’s worth the drive. I ordered the chicken enchilada burrito combo on the app and after 20 minutes of waiting I was served a cold burrito with old rice, 3 pieces of chicken, and the stalest tortilla of my life. The rest was just as bad and just as stingy with the products. To top it all off my nacho cheese sauce was only full enough to eat 2 chips with.

How do you get an order wrong when it is put on the box? First they were only trying to give me partial of my order. I got the $5 luxe meal and $7 luxe meal both wrong. The person at the window was rude. The $5 luxe box came with chips and nacho cheese instead of the cinnamon twist. In the $7 luxe box they only gave me the 5 layer beef burrito and taco with beyond stale cinnamon twist which is was supposed to come with the 5 layer burrito the chicken chalupa supereme and beef taco with chips and cheese. Both have what’s supposed to be in the box on the top how the heck do you get it wrong? And how nasty I’m still paying for this food and you think giving out stale cinnamon twists are you serious on top of getting the complete orders wrong? So annoying
