First Time, Definitely Won’t Be the Last

Decided to give Terminal 3 a shot for takeout and honestly, I’m glad I did. From the friendly greeting to the regular updates on my order timing, the service was solid. The space looks cozy and inviting – makes me want to dine in next time.

About this order, let’s start with *What worked:*
The turkey chops were spot on – tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Paired them with the hush puppies, which were the perfect complement. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, with this nice balance of sweet and savory. Already planning my next order around these as a side.

The turkey ribs? Chef’s kiss. Tender meat that fell off the bone with that BBQ sauce hitting all the right notes. Phenomenal.

Having said that, I need to mention some *Minor misses:*
The mozzarella sticks were mostly good but a few were stuck together, so the connecting parts weren’t fully cooked through. Fries were a bit oilier than I’d like.

Bottom line, Solid food, good vibes, and the turkey game is strong here. Would definitely swing by again – maybe next time I’ll grab a table and see what the full menu is about.

Highly recommend giving Terminal 3 a try.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 4/5 – Food Was Fire, Drinks Hit Too Hard Too Fast

I went to Terminal 3 Bar & Grill on July 25 around 12–1 PM, right when they opened. I came with a friend, ordered some drinks, and got a burger with fries — 10/10, no complaints. Food was hitting.

My tab was about $60, I paid $72.75 because my server was sweet and took care of us, so I made sure to tip her right.

Here’s the thing — I had two small drinks, and they had me feeling like I drank a half pint. Not in a bad way — I felt good — but I’m a heavy drinker and I know my liquor. I wasn’t confused. I knew exactly what I drank, and the way it hit that fast? Way stronger than it should’ve been for what it was. It was just too much, too early.

Vibes were cool, service was smooth, and I’d come back for the food and energy — but I won’t be drinking there again unless I plan to lose 24 hours lmao!

I would have given 0 stars if they allowed it. They are supposed to start serving brunch at 1:00. However the waitress didn’t take our order until 1:30 after sitting here since 12:00. The menu is a limited soul food menu only. Not even brunch! When they finally brought out the food, they brought out one order then brought out then next person’s food 15 minutes later and so on. The chef is literally in the back making one order at a time (it’s only a table of 5 and another group of 4 in the entire restaurant at this time so it was not busy). Non of the plates were complete because they said the cornbread was still in the oven. How do you serve someone part of their order?? I finally said canceled my food since this is too complicated for the chef who was also rude by the way. If you’re looking for a great experience from a black owned restaurant then go to Chillax. Terminal 3 is a waste of time and money for basic food and horrible service. The only good thing they had was the DJ.

I was hopeful. The food was good and hot, no complaints there. $13.99 for 6 whole wings and a scoop of fries and bread. Charged an additional $1.00 for bourbon wings that they end up not even having, but whatever, what’s $2.00 right. $25.00 for a top shelf Margarita…in a plastic cup. Not really sure if my top shelf was really Don Julio Reposado or not, but I know I woke up with the worst headache ever and I’ve never had that happen from Don Julio. I have Don at home on my mini bar, it’s never been an issue. Let’s talk about this automatic gratuity. I am a tipper, and have no problem doing so, but if you’re going to add an automatic tip to the bill, make sure you give people giving tip worthy service. Our server was nice, but you can tell she either didn’t want to be there or had alot going on upstairs. She never checked on us and every thing we needed we had to get her attention for assistance. I tipped her $20 up front before she was even done taking our order not knowing 16% gratuity was going to be added to my bill, then she had the nerve to turn the card reader around to the tip portion towards me and didn’t say a word about gratuity included. I clicked no tip because I tipped in cash prior to closing out but how about letting the patrons know the tip is automatically applied. I never got a full menu, I had to look online to see what I wanted to order. $99.98 for 2 chicken wing plates, 2 drinks and 2 bottles of water is diabolical at a bar and grill. I never mind spending money, but y’all wild. I got Miami drink prices and no beach or beach service. The crowd appeared to be in their 20’s, if that’s your type of jam. The DJ was def on point. Now let me go take some ibuprofen for this headache from the “Don Julio” top shelf Margarita.

New owners and vibe that is really cleaned up and modern from what was here before. Limited menu but what we had was yummy. Chicken nachos and a cheeseburger with fries. Yes, simple choices yet they were cooked and presented very nicely! Service was excellent and make sure you get a piece of sweet potato pie!

It was a very nice vibe and food. Very close seated to the next table. Hookah is done while you are eating. I knee that is a turnoff for some. It’s kids friendly in the day time. The DJ was awesome. Food was great, only rub was the greens were a little salty for my liking, everything else was great. Will go back for brunch again.

There was a lot to unpack, where do I start. It was 30 minutes before a waitress even noticed that we were seated. We ordered food and drinks at the same time. 45 minutes later, we received our drinks, and 20 minutes after that, we received all of our food except 1 taco, which was later brought. I then reluctantly ordered chicken wings, no fries. The waitress never gave me an option on the amount of chicken, which ended up being 6 whole wings. I said no fries, and I still was given them and charged. Fries were cold, and the sauce on the chicken was subpar. The waitresses spent more time turning up, then actually waiting on customers. The crowd is on the younger side, and so are the waitresses. Over the age of 30, don’t stay past 8pm.
