Every time i am in this city i have to give this restaurant my $. Its my favorite in that town. Wish the owners would give me there sauce recipe. Lol. Its delicious every time. Give it 4 stars. Only a few things i thought were needing improved. 1 the rice was long grain. As a Japanese teriyaki place. I would like small grain sticky rice. And the picnic tables should be regular tables. And the bathroom need updated . But easy to fix. The food is delicious and owners great. Thats the best part.

My daughter and I came in to eat. The cashier (an older man) was polite, but I noticed a difference in service that felt uncomfortable. The customers before us had their food walked to them, but when it was our turn, my name was called out loudly and he stayed behind the counter instead. Maybe it was nothing, but it stood out.
Food-wise: the shrimp “fried” rice was not good. The rice didn’t seem fried at all—more like sticky white rice—with very little seasoning. The shrimp was okay, but the overall dish had no seasoning. My daughter’s chicken teriyaki was better and the chicken itself was good.
The light fixtures and decor were a nice touch, but overall it wasn’t anything special, and I don’t think I’d return.

Atmosphere is dated and could use a refresh. The food quality is good if they have it in stock. Most of the time the restaurant won’t have noodles or orange chicken most of the time. The service is slow and you might be skipped while waiting on your order. Wouldn’t drive out of my way to get food here while there are plenty of better options in Ellensburg.

The food was good, the service was fast, and the staff was professional and very entertaining. The owner, Mr Lee, was hilarious and he brought our food to us at the table. We traded good-natured jokes for our whole interaction. I asked for chopsticks and he whipped out a stick of chapstick. He’s a kick. That was our first time there and we definitely will be going back.

i really hate writing negative review especially when this is someone’s livelihood. But honestly – do not go here. Go across the street to McDonalds, Jimmy Johns, Subway – anywhere else.
Four of us went. Two chicken teriyakis, one mongolian chicken, and one fried rice. The fried rice portion was generous but ridiculously salty. The chicken teriyakis portions were miniscule and we found a metal shaving (likely from a grill brush) in one. The mongolian chicken looked and tasted like it had been drowned for a month before being served. This alone was a zero out of five stars.
The atmosphere isn’t just dated – it’s downright depressing. One section of the restaurant actually had partially completed window blinds strewn across the tables half finished.
The owner (?) was friendly and kind. But he desperately needs some help here if he wants to survive.

Call over the phone to order a simple meal that I get very often there but there is always an issue, the person that took my order understood what I said over the phone about my order and replied “yes we can do that for you” and went to pick it up and the cashier proceeds to ask if this is my first time ordering here and proceeds to laugh in my face and this isn’t the first time this has happened this is multiple times that they have done this, I didn’t know ordering regular teriyaki rice and Gyoza’s was so complicated, if you don’t understand then I think you don’t say you do and treat your customers poorly, DO NOT ORDER HERE they are unprofessional

Foods always wonderful, generally I get just teriyaki chicken, yesterday I got they’re wanton soup, and that was amazing!!! I’d definitely get more of that in the future. Owners has some funny jokes, and was so nice to my toddler which is so important at thus time in his life.

Ordered Spicy Chicken Yakisoba and paid with cash. The guy taking the order then had issues giving food to people who paid with cash. I watched him tell a guy he still needed to pay. When I got my name called he asked me if I already paid. The receipt says cash and was produced so yeah….I paid. The Yakisoba had a very low amount of chicken in it compared to Crazy Wok. I’ll stick to Crazies, this just wasn’t worth the higher price or confusion to get my order. The place is clean and had a good atmosphere though.

They call this Mongolian chicken and label it spicy… it’s obviously just onions and chicken.
Worst food in town. Terrible service. Literally tried to call but they screened my number and we had to use a different phone so they would answer and lie to us. Do not support this dishonest business.

This is some of the best food that I have ever had!!! It was so delicious. I am also very picky about my white rice, this was perfect! I would gladly drive 4 hours again, just to have this food.
