Got no duck or soy nor there was any dipping Sauces for dumplings & shrimp.

Hands down, the worst teriyaki I’ve had. The teriyaki was watered down to the point of being tasteless, and the chicken was hidden somewhere in the mushrooms and vegetables. The white rice was good but far out of proportion to the chicken and vegetables. The best part of the meal was the salad.

First time trying this food spot. Everything looks like a new establishment. Food deals are competitive with the food options. Usually I go for the other big name teriyaki location at the mall. In comparison, the food was a bit below my standards. All in all this place is average.

Customer Service was TERRIBLE. The new cashier is incredibly rude. She’s just focused on taking the orders as rapidly as possible, with no concern for the customer. The problem is she didn’t even let us finish speaking while taking our order. She kept rushing us to say our order quickly and then moved on to the next customer BEFORE WE EVEN FINISHED TALKING. My entire family was disgusted. Yes, the food is good, but NOBODY should be treated this poorly. I really hope they talk to the new cashier. We are long-time customers, but we definitely won’t be returning after this experience.

The food was Oily as hell . Like to the point my fork was even oily lol . and the food just had no flavor whatsoever . I ordered the teriyaki combo and the vegetable spring roll neither had any flavor whats so ever. Add more flavor to the food.

Man, went I went there I was very hungry as soon as I tasted the sample I bought 4 orders of chicken teriyaki and it gave me the second one for 4.99. I definitely recommend to come here more often.

My son and I have gone there a couple of times and its was alright and after what I have seen today we will not. Continue going there to eat they don’t use any gloves while giving out samples of food to the customers which is extremely disgusting and very very nasty they need to be shut down immediately they won’t receive any stars from me EVERRRRRRR they do not use GLOVES AT ALL WHILE THEY’RE PASSING OUT SAMPES OF FOOD TO CUSTOMERS WALKING BY AND ITS SIMPLY SIMPLY GROSS I WOULDN’T REFEER THAT RESTAURANT TO ANYONE THEYLL GET ONE STAR FROM ME
