When we arrived today around 2:20, there was a young guy finishing an order for some people. When he was done, he mysteriously disappeared, never to return. I’m assuming he experienced some medical emergency, or maybe was attacked by Subway bandits, for what other logical explanation could there be for him to disappear when he knew there was a line of waiting customers? I really hope he’s ok. After waiting about 7 minutes, we went to Wendy’s.

The young gentleman working at 1040am on 2/5/2026 didn’t speak a word to when I went in to pick up my sub I told him I had a mobile order he was wrapping it up and handed it to me. I said thank you and he didnt say a word…seriously dude ?
Got home opened my sub paid for extra provolone and got absolutely no cheese at all..dont feel like going back out im just sad lol I was looking forward to it.

Very clean, well managed and the lady who made our order was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Next time we are in the area from Alabama we will stop again! Great service. She deserves a raise and help, she was alone taking multiple orders.

This is the worst subway restaurant I’ve ever been to. There is only ever 1 employee working I must assume the franchise owner is incredibly cheap. In January I ordered a sandwich. Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich I ordered 15 minutes ahead on the app.
Ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread and got the entire wrong sandwich tonight. I will never go back to this place. I’d advise you find another fast food sandwich. I would choose to have sleep for dinner over stopping here again.

i usually don’t have any complaints about this subway but yesterday I DoorDashed a sub and a large sprite and i’m so grateful I ordered Sprite so I could see the black mold in my drink. disgusting. how could someone fill a cup full or sprite and see the mold and continue to serve it?! DO NOT eat or drink here.

Pardon my French, but this Subway (and most) is trash. How in God’s green earth do you expect to boost sales or just not lose sales if you’re going to turn away a customer in the middle of the day. It’s 3pm, I walk in wanting a sub and I’m told “we have a 45 minute wait, so unless you have an online order, I can’t serve you.”
I laughed and walked off because I’m not going to argue with anyone that doesn’t prioritize customers when your business model exists to make food, fast.

My experience at this location was terrible. They didn’t act like they wanted my business from the time I walked in. Very poor customer service. I found them to be rude and the tone in which I was spoken to was awful. I know everyone can have an off day, however I chose to take my business to a different location which was much more polite.

They never have any staff or food. They only have one person working all the time but I’ve never heard of a subway not having food. It’s not the employees fault because “she’s the only one working and can’t get time to prep when she’s dealing with customers.” This area is busy and one employee is not enough but with the way corporations are it’s no wonder they don’t have staff.
I wanted to add that we went to a different subway that also only had one employee and they had plenty of stuff prepped. I don’t recommend anyone going to this location. Especially if you don’t want your food made in unsanitary conditions.

Showed up from our of town last night, despite Google and their Door saying 10:30 closing time, the place was locked up and shut down at 9:55. The employee inside just waved us off.

Went there on Oct 3 @4:31:13, the person that waited on “apologized” for my wait stating they were in the backn “prepping” stuff. I gave her the first and was told sorry, don’t have enough meatballs for footlong, asked for 6 inch not enough, sorry can I make recommendations. Told her other sandwich and was going to get protein bowl until I saw lettuce which was brown and spinach that was old and wilted, so her to forget it and I would just take one sandwich. Tried to call later to speak with or get manager’s name but phone just rings until someone picks it up and hangs it right back up. Whoever is owner is going to end up losing money if something isn’t done or maybe they just want to close and this is their way of doing it
