We had been told by our friends at Moose Creek BBQ to give this place a try, but every time we go to Arlington, we just get BBQ. Well, not today! Moose Creek is sold out, so this was the perfect opportunity to give Teriyaki Point a try – and let me just say, I’m super happy by what we’ve found. This isn’t gross, over-sweet Teriyaki served with gelatinous goop. This is very obviously prepared with love, and you can actually taste the attention to detail that went into making this food. FOR EXAMPLE – The “Almond Chicken”. The first thing that might pop-up in your head and a fried chicken slab cut into strips with a clear/off-yellow goop on it and some almond shreds or slices on top. Not here! This almond chicken is definitely the most unique and yummy form of the dish I’ve had, something like a vegetable & almond stir-fry, served atop a well-seasoned, juicy chicken and no goop! Incredible flavor. Next, the Wonton Soup – but for this place, it’s more like a Japanese Pho, and it was substantial! Loaded with Wontons and Veggies, and the broth was excellent. Lastly, we come to the Teriyaki. This is where things went off-road – full 4×4. My friend and I ordered 5 ⭐ spicy, because no one in Seattle really makes a “really” spicy teriyaki – we get close as Toshi’s, but you have to order something special to get it right (for us). Teriyaki Point’s 5 ⭐ spicy kicked our butts. It was INCREDIBLE. Super flavorful, super rich and near Carolina Reaper spicy. It packed a heck of a punch and was completely unexpected. Going forward, I imagine I’ll stop at 3 ⭐ instead of risking turning my mouth into a Department of Ecology Superfund Site. Beyond getting what I absolutely asked for and absolutely didn’t expect, the food was outstanding – and now I have to deal with the dilemma of picking between outstanding BBQ or outstanding Teriyaki.

Yeah, GO HERE. This is one of those kinds of places where I’m just going to march through the entire menu and try everything they make, because they obviously have the gift here.

Nice people. Food service. Ordered gyoza and kungpao chicken. What we got were gyoza that were less than a quarter filled and tasted like they came from the freezer section at the local Oriental store. The Kungpao chicken wasn’t even prepared correctly kungpao is NOT fried chicken and even the photo online of the dish shows it made with fresh chicken not fried and it tastes like it had been sitting under heat lamps and when we ordered they figured toss it together with the sauce and all good. It was our first visit I will take the time to drive into Everett where I know of several that simply are souch better it is worth the drive ‍♀️again nice folks.

Fantastic food and service! We ordered the chicken and beef platter and substituted sautéed veggies for the rice and salad for a extra $2.50. Fresh, fast and tasty. Plenty of parking available and wheelchair accessible. Casual seating.

I ordered a chicken and gyoza plate for a pickup order. I paid extra for spicy level 3…even wrote it in the comments. I picked up my food and realized that it wasn’t even spicy (it tasted like chicken teriyaki). On my container was written “sp” for spicy but it also looked like the number 3 was scratched off with a marker. I called and told them the issue. First, I was told that it is spicy because it was red. When I told her that ordered that spice level before and that I know what it is aupposed to taste like….she then says that she was sorry and they only have 1 cook but she didnt understand what I wanted her to do. There was no offer of remaking it (I would’ve driven back and exchanged it – I live 5 mins away)….especially when I paid extra for it. I felt like they were being rude and acted like I was in the wrong. I will never order from here again based on customer service alone…which is unfortunate because I actually enjoyed your food from past orders.

Teriyaki Point’s wonton soup isn’t just good, it’s basically prescription strength. One bowl and you’ll believe in noodle therapy as the ultimate cure for the common cold. Doctor’s orders: 5 stars!

Another great teriyaki place. The beef was good and the chicken was better. Good portions and food was ready quick. Parking was ok but if you are coming from the wrong side of the road it can be tricky locate an entrance. Looks like a safe place as there were no signs of monster tracks or night walkers.

Today I called 4 times to place an order, no answer at all, so I drove to the place and the service was horrible. The person in the front was not friendly at all and even looked disappointed to see me coming in, I understand it was busy but with this economy they should be grateful. I ended up no buying anything and leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. The food here is good and I have been a client for many years, but the quality of the customer service has definitely gone down.

This place has been in this area for a long time now. There used to be a really nice woman that took orders, it’s a completely different person now. She was standoff-ish, not even a smile when I entered or left. Even when I walked out and thanked them for the food, same cold face. I thought it was just all-around rbf but they actually smiled and greeted certain people. Overall, food is good – but not better in quality and actually gives less quantity than the other competition in the area (i.e Teriyaki Bowl nearby) and depending on who you are affects the attitude you get when you go into the restaurant.

The chicken was feeling so old and so spicy,
I literally got sick after I eat that food.
Also the person who’s working in front , was so mean .
I don’t really recommend this place.

Two of us arrived twenty minutes before closing. We were informed that they could only do take away as it was too close to closing time. We purchased a yakasoba noodle dish and an orange chicken. The food took about twenty minutes to make. The portions were large as they filled a styrofoam to go box. The quality was mediocre and we didn’t finish either dish. The flavor lacked and was simply seemed like a premade sauce had been used with poor results.
