A perfect location for Teriyaki Madness located next to the Otay Mesa Port of entry, the third-busiest commercial port of entry on the Mexico-United States …
Food is good, but the atmosphere is just weird. They have some viral video channel playing on the TVs in the store, which is really distracting. Also, not a single customer or staff member was wearing a mask, so keep that in mind if you plan to dine in.

They only have a few halal options so make sure to ask upfront if you’re looking for halal items.

I usually come here at least once a week. I loved their teriyaki bowl with white rice and veggies. Their egg rolls were my favorite! That is until today. Not sure what was going on with the cooks, but today my eggroll was frozen on the inside and my chicken was overcooked/ burnt and dry. The worst part is that I had recommended this place to my daughter and it happened to be her first time there. We took our order to go so unfortunately I wasn’t able to address my concerns in-person.

Quite unimpressive – felt like I was having food served by some office catering service. Had read good reviews so decided to try the halal items (which is commendable) but didn’t really enjoy.

It’s fine? I got teriyaki steak and salmon, and it was fine. About as good as Happiness House but more expensive. The big disappointment for me were the steamed vegetables, which were bland bordering on unpleasant.
